We were made very welcome, had a good night's sleep and a very good breakfast next morning.
The friendly reception.
The breakfast was not as good as some others. No fruit and yogurt and the scrambled eggs a little overcooked.
Excellent parking, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast very good
Food was very good, rooms were clean and pleasant.
Wifi is spotty
Quiet location, not far from town
The location was approximately 10 minutes from the city in the beautiful Irish countryside. Miriam was awesome & shared some Irish stories with us to take back home to the US. Room was beautiful, bathroom spotless & our Irish breakfast kept us full all day!! Highly recommend. Patty Riexinger, Gasport, NY, USA
Having to leave.
Wonder in Waterford! Miriam (owner and operator of this little gem) was so gracious and helpful it made a our stay even more relaxing, which we needed about then. This was our first trip to Ireland, just after a week in London. My wife was not feeling well, and we had a flat tire on our rental car, which needed to be fixed. Miriam watched over my wife, making tea, bringing it to her in the Blue Room (where the Wi-Fi is the best, by the way), making sure she was as comfortable in Miriam's house as if she were home. Miriam then called a tire shop in Waterford, made an appointment for me, and wrote out directions, which were spot-on. From this B&B, you can walk to downtown Waterford or drive, which took me about 10 minutes (of careful other-side-of-the-road driving). Across the street from the B&B, there is a pathway to stroll. Next time we are in Ireland, we will stay at the Claddagh B&B for several days, using it as our hub, traveling to other parts of the Emerald Isle. If available, book the room with one large bed and two single beds (#5). The room is large, many windows, with a very comfy bathroom. This was the best room of our stay, both London and Ireland. Thanks, Miriam, for all your help. Dick & Phyllis
Wi-Fi was bit weak. Only usable, really, in the Blue Room.
Our hostess was fantastic and the bedroom was very clean and very well appointed! We will definitely stay there again!!

Upscale accomodations, great breaky, plenty of free parking.
A bit pricey. Town of Waterford is close if driving, but a wee bit far to walk. Beds were OK, but a bit hard.

Having to leave.
Excellent wifi. Good host. 5 minute drive to the city. Nice room.
Shower was a bit small.
This B&B is in a great location. Thanks to the road signs it is fairly easy to find. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. We would stay at this location again.
Miriam is very friendly and it was nice to talk with her. She showed us everything and the breakfast was delicious.
mae to feel at home
Thank you Miriam for the Irish breakfast you made for me early morning.
Close to town and site seeing attractions. Concern for welfare of guests.
Unfortunately internet connection broke down.
Owner was very friendly and offered excellent suggestion for evening restaurant. Lots of breakfast options - well prepared, excellent coffee. Comfortable and homey feel, very relaxing. Easy access from parking area. Address easy to find via GPS / Google maps.
Room decoration a bit dated. Room sizes vary - some are quite spacious, others are a bit tight.
Friendly helpful owner
She was so kind and knowledgable. Her B&B was well looked after. She made delicious breakfast and you could tell she enjoyed herself.
