There was no hassel from hotel staff and easy access when we came home very late at night. The hotel was clean. No toilet brush in the bathroom, the vanity unity in the bathroom was high for mirror access when you are small and the toilet seat creaked and felt like it was coming from the wall. The furntiture in the bedroom was quite dark and old- fashioned. Comments above are based on hotel bedroom i found everything else fine including the staff, breakfast and bar facilities. I also felt €280 was quite expensive based on the bedroom accomodation. |

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. On two of our three nights in the hotel the fire alarm went off. On the second occasion it lasted for a lengthy period and so we ended up down in the hotel foyer at 4.30 am along with many of the other guests until it was established that it was a false alarm. |

The room was a good size, the bed and sofa comfortable. The breakfast room had good furniture. All of these were clean. The staff were very pleasant. I had no trouble parking even on the Friday evening when the hotel was busy. The room was too warm and the radiator contol would not alter the temperature. After mentioning it to the staff it was put right quickly. We were going to another hotel until we read the reviews on your web site. We will use your web site in future. I was charged in £ not euros on my card without asking me which way I wanted it. Unfortunately I saw only the euro charge and not the £ charge at the time. That cost me £5.27 more than Nationwide would have charged me. In fairness if I had used a credit card the rate would have been good.. |

The bedroom was cold as the radiator was not bled of air and subsequently it was very cold the room was never comfortable even after the porter bled the radiator. The staff were as always friendly but the hotel could do with a lick of paint the cold bedroom |

The fact that it was Child friendly - The staff were great with the kids. Fun filled night. Our room was cold at night and warm in the morning - would have liked to be able to control the heating a bit better. We did complain and they did send someone up to try and sort it out but didn't work very well. |

The leisure facilities were very good and the room was a good size. The hotel staff were friendly. THe only thing that annoyed us was that when we wanted to get a shower on one of the evenings, the shower was cold and when it was reported to reception, they didn't do anything. |

My husband enjoyed swimming & spa. The room was a good size & the hot water facilities excellent. Breakfast was excellent... good variety of cereals, fruit etc. No security for personal things at pool. Towels were not provided at pool for guests. The room which was non smoking smelt of cigarettes AND there was an ash-tray provided which indicates that smoking is allowed. There was little variety in the drinks provided in the room.. no herbal teas etc. Maybe more thought could be given to non meat eaters who still like a substantial breakfast prior to touring... a selection of cheeses for example. |

The staff were helpful, the food was very good, the rooms were clean. Good value for money. I thought the pool and surrounding area was dirty and run down , the shower cubicles were dirty and in need of refurbishment. |

We arrived a few hours before check-in time and although the hotel was very busy the receptionist very kindly changed rooms for my husband and I so we could have an early check-in. We eat in the bar on Sunday evening I think improvements could be made with the food. Both breakfast and dinner were a bit over cooked but nice. |

The decor was lovely in the bar & reception areas. The staff were very friendly and the food in the restuarnt was great. The leisure facili The decor in the bedroom was dated it needed a painting and black tape surrounded the bath taps. A let down compared to the the decor in the lobby. The band on the saturday night was very offending to "Dublin" people stating to leave and get a bus home we did not think this sort of banter was correct for a hotel band. Speaking to other couples that evening they also felt the same that this behavour was not acceptable for a hotel band. |

Very good price, cheapest hotel in Letterkenny at time of booking. Stayed there on business so it did the trick. It's very dated and targets older tourists- it has quite a 'stage Oirish' feel to it. But for it did the trick for me, I was just looking for a bed for the night. I wouldn't reccomend it if you are looking for a luxurious experience |
