Staff informal, but professional. Old style, but glamourous feel. Room very spacious. Heated floor in bathroom. Food very good. The sofa in room needed to be cleaned. One chair at table in room when we needed two, but cleaning staff happily organised another one. The milk provided in room was going sour on our arrival - this is probably due to the room being very warm, as it was a very cold day. Fresh milk was given to us by cleaning staff working along corridor. |

The value for money was unreal, we got an executive suite for 2 nights for next to nothing, including a huge and enjoyable breakfast. The room was luxury, the check inn, leisure centre, catering and bar staff where extremely friendly, and helpful. The leisure centre was also a great bonus with great swimming pool, jucuzzi, amazing steam room and sauna. All in all a great hotel, and I would highly recommend everyone to choose the Clanree when coming to Letterkenny. |

Very easy to locate and easy parking, staff was nice, room was okay, with a bit of old style painting but did not do any harm. Staff was excellent and we did an early check in and they welcomed us very well. Tv should be replaced with new these days, they are still 1980ies tv in the room with ugly looking remote. Also, We desperately missed a little tooth paste in the room. Everything else was ok, |

The staff were friendly and efficient but not over familiar. The food was also very good, served steaming hot and not at all pretentious. |

The staff were helpful and pleasant and breakfast was first class both in terms of food and service. The live music was loud and kept us awake and was followed by noisy neighbours talking loudly and singing at 3 a.m. |

Old Style charm. Clean. Breakfast, didn't know it was self service & no one told me, then the breakfast was all dried up, considering I eat at 8.30am, I was surprised. The water in the Swimming Pool was like a bath, actually I wouldn't have had my bath water as warm. Drinking water fountain in pool area was empty, I asked could it be refilled, it could, but I had to refill it myself... |

There was no hassel from hotel staff and easy access when we came home very late at night. The hotel was clean. No toilet brush in the bathroom, the vanity unity in the bathroom was high for mirror access when you are small and the toilet seat creaked and felt like it was coming from the wall. The furntiture in the bedroom was quite dark and old- fashioned. Comments above are based on hotel bedroom i found everything else fine including the staff, breakfast and bar facilities. I also felt €280 was quite expensive based on the bedroom accomodation. |

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. On two of our three nights in the hotel the fire alarm went off. On the second occasion it lasted for a lengthy period and so we ended up down in the hotel foyer at 4.30 am along with many of the other guests until it was established that it was a false alarm. |

The room was a good size, the bed and sofa comfortable. The breakfast room had good furniture. All of these were clean. The staff were very pleasant. I had no trouble parking even on the Friday evening when the hotel was busy. The room was too warm and the radiator contol would not alter the temperature. After mentioning it to the staff it was put right quickly. We were going to another hotel until we read the reviews on your web site. We will use your web site in future. I was charged in £ not euros on my card without asking me which way I wanted it. Unfortunately I saw only the euro charge and not the £ charge at the time. That cost me £5.27 more than Nationwide would have charged me. In fairness if I had used a credit card the rate would have been good.. |

The bedroom was cold as the radiator was not bled of air and subsequently it was very cold the room was never comfortable even after the porter bled the radiator. The staff were as always friendly but the hotel could do with a lick of paint the cold bedroom |
