Great spot & lovely friendly staff, I'll be staying here next time I'm in Ennis
The room was very spacious (I think we had the biggest room in the place on a busy booked out weekend), very clean and very comfortable. The owners were lovely and had time for a chat on arrival and when serving breakfast helping with directions. It's very easy to get into the town centre from the location, about a 4 minute drive or about 10 minute walk. Breakfast was great, quick and very reasonable for the price.
We'd have liked a few more channels on the TV, but didn't have a lot of time to spend in the room, so that's a very minor thing.
Breakfast, hospitality, comfort
Lovely breakfast too
The room is excellent with three beds, we are traveling with our daughter. The breakfast is rich and at great value.
The hotel address needs to be more accurate for GPS to locate
The location was excellent 2 minutes from town centre in car. The room was very clean and warm great wi-fi coverage.
The two times i meet the owner she had the warmth of a polar ice cap,No thanks for the custom unlike most B&b's.
The room was a nice size, bathroom was small but clean and comfortable. Owner was friendly, I arrived late but called ahead and was not a problem.
Breakfast wasn't included. Locking and unlocking the door proved to be a bit of a challenge as the key had to be in the exact right position.
The owners were very friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. The full Irish breakfast was tasty and good value.
The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. There was free wifi and good on-site parking. The breakfasts were particularly good and the breakfast room overlooked a pleasant garden.
Nothing everything was good
The property is very rundown and is bad need of updating. Our bathroom was small and fixtures were broken. When we booked , we booked a triple room, which turned out to be very small with a double bed. When we questioned the innkeeper, she was very ride and argumentative. I would not recommend this B and B to anyone!
Central location. Welcoming hostess and host in Martina and Michael. Good breakfast.Sky sports in lounge.
Nothing. Bathroom on small side but adequate.
Conveniently situated. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Easy, safe parking.
Wi-fi sporadic. Complaints about showering too early in the morning (the earliest we showered was 07h15). It would have been helpful if there was information on where to get take-away meals/restaurants in the area, tourist office and a map of Ennis.
Gentleman of the house was very friendly and helped us get to the bus station and actually took us to a castle one day. Very nice!
At 11pm when we got back to the B&B, one of my friends jumped in the shower. We promptly heard a knock on the door telling us to get out. No house rules were explained to us. Also, when paying for breakfast prior to arrival (over the internet) it says that you will be receiving a traditional Irish breakfast. It was a lot of food so my friends and I decided to go with the continental the last two days. Needless to say, we were still charged the price of the traditional Irish breakfast. The times on the internet for when you can check in are also wrong, you will be told this if you arrive too early.
Hospitality was great; would recommend to friends and family
The breakfast was good and, with a car, the location was fine.
The lady was busy on our arrival and very brief. It is a bit tired and needs to be updated.
Quiet area. Good transport route to my work destination for the week.
Lights from other bedrooms visible because of glass panel over the bedroom doors - caused me to wake up much earlier than I wanted. No milk provided for tea on some nights. Only 4 channels on TV.
loved the location the staff excellent freiendly and atmosphere lovely
the room was small and the toilet and shower way too small
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely
A minor problem with door keys needing a bit of manipulation to lock.
i was able to arrive late at 11pm with no problem in getting in
Very good breakfast- fresh berries were a lovely touch!
Rooms & ensuite very small.
Ability to deal with the fact that we wanted breakfast at a very early time and provided exactly what we wanted for it. Provided a tray of tea the previous night Met us at the door when we arrived and was at the door to wave us good bye. We had a great sleep in very comfortable beds
We didn't get to stay there the two nights of our stay in Ennis
Comfortable rooms. The Wi-Fi worked fast. We arrived late and there was restaurant suggestion on the table so we got to eat supper.
The only item that I thought strange was that this was the first Bed and Breakfast that we stayed in that charged for Breakfast. The breakfast was filling and tasty but I'd rather not be charged for Breakfast.
The hospitality was outstanding and the breakfasts were great, served to match our schedule. This was a great experience for our family and we would come back.
Nice location, good food, pleasant room, able to come and go on our own schedule. Close to town.
Bill charged out in dollars, not Euros, without asking us our preference.
The couple that runs the B and B were just lovely and helpful. The breakfast had more than just bacon and eggs, it had really nice fruit and yogurt as well.
