The rooms were comfortable and close to the main hotel which made them an excellent value for money option. The man on reception at the suites was very pleasant and accommodating.

Location excellent for access to Sligo. Great location to explore beauty spots and beaches. Rooms nice and big for families. Cleanliness needs attention beds clean but floor not cleaned properly and baths not great. No cereal bowls and toaster and cooker not working. Nuisance with small children. Lot of noise both outside and inside from 4.30 till 7.00 one morning. Shouting foul language etc.

To tell the truth we were not very impressed by the suite at all. we were on the top floor which we didnt like and there was a damp smell in our room and stains on the floor. the quilt covers were ripped and didnt fit the beds properly. we were very disappointed as we have stayed in the main hotel and had an excellent experinence there.

there was just one thing that was ok, but nothing that i really liked. i called the reception to tell that i am running a bit late, so i just wanted to make sure, that i will still be able to check inn. so the service was good. as we came to check inn, first of we coudnt find the reception, because the apartments must be somewhere else than the reception, so we were driving around sligo for one hour, asking all possible people we could find and everyone just directed us to the apartments, but we didnt get in because there was nobody at that desk in the small entrance. so i called the security number that the receptionist gave us in case of a problem, already the 10th time. first, nobody answered and than the phone was swiched of. we met another man having the same problem. but he was living in one of the apartments and not even that guy found a way to get in without the security guy... finally, after another half an hour being obviously unsure what to do and where to go, we almost missed the security guy. he passed us and just asked by chance if would know where to go to find the reception but he was responsible for all the inconvinionce and let us in. i tried to talk to him to ask what happened but he didnt appologise, even got mad at me. so he just gave me the card to our room and i asked how i am suppose to find the reception than for the check out and he said just leave the cards at the desk, and we also didnt get a apartment with a kitchen that was promised, we just had a kuttle to boil water and when we left the cards at the desks (still didnt know where the reception is) i had to call the reception to make sure they wont charge us for not checking out. so all over we almost had to go to find another hotel in the middle of the night in a town we have been to the first time. i would never reccomend that hotel/apartmentcomplex ever. i have to admid it was quite clean though. good job! worst stay i ever had.

The Room size was good, price Excellent. Great Idea to call the mobile number to check out. Room was cold. No way of increasing the heat. Didn't remember when booking the hotel where we were to check in. Reception was closed on our arrival and departure.

There was plenty of space, very large appartment. There were no signs directing you from road. Took 10 minutes to find it was in Crillion! No staff at all. Lamps with wrong plug so wouldn't work. Poor glasses and crockery. A sign asking to leave clean and tidy! In a hotel?? With no washing liquid supplied? Bedside lamps useless. Very very poor indeed. Will not recommend to anyone.

La localisation très en dehors du centre, l'absence de personnel, pour l'accueil (on nous donne les clés très très rapidement sans autres explications) comme pour le départ (on pose les clés sur un comptoir fermé apr un rideau en bois...)
