Found my stay in the Clarion very comfortable. Staff were very attentive. The only thing I noticed that there was no Irish Staff on at all felt like I was in another country maybe not a fair comment to make but that's how I felt. Overall a pleasant experience at your hotel |

Have to say that the hotel was fab, we were celebrating a 40th birthday and really enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much to ask for and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Paying for parking. |

The staff were very friendly, room service was good and the design/ambience of the hotel was great The one thing that I would change is the car parking set up. In order to park at the hotel a public car park is used. Everytime you leave the hotel tickets need to be validated at the hotel desk and then again on the way out with the parking staff. It is very frustrating and an electronic system using your room key would work much better. |

I thought the staff were extremely helpful and as we were on a hens and we were up late the were so patient and friendly towards us. Also loved the location beside the shops and the River Lee Board Walk...lovely. |

check in was very quick and the staff at the front desk were very helpful,good selection of food for breakfeast,staff were very polite and would say hello to you on the corridore, room service was quick. found getting served at the bar slow, was waiting there for nearly ten minutes at one point.would liked more of a selection of channels on the tv.directions to hotel car park were poor. |
