Everything was great except my wife got up in the middle of the night and cut her leg off a metal nut in the side of the bed. Mentioned this to the duty manager the next morning and he didn't seem to care. |

the hotel was clean and efficient and very convenient for my requirements The car parking was poor and cumbersome. Outsourcing the restaurant is not a good idea it creates an unnecessary dichotomy |

Staff were very friendly and helpful giving lots of advice on things to do in Cork etc. Very central location and very good value. Only bad point was lack of extra blankets in the room. |

Good location Room was in need of dusting; Overpriced for what was on offer - beds were basic. I ordered room service and dined in the restaurant - overpriced and not great food. I would not recommend this hotel or restaurant to others. Car park and access very poorly signed. |

The hotel itself is really lovely, large and airy with plenty of couches/chairs to sit around the lobby in to read a paper if that is what you want to do to relax for an hour or two. Staff very friendly and Kudos food out of this world. I would definitely recommend it. The only things I would take points off the hotel for is the pillows! They were not soft and comfortable. |

Hotel was excellant, very clean and staff were very friendly. I didn't like the bar - I found the drink to be very over priced and the Bar Food menu was that of authentic asian food. However, I guess as the valu for the room was good, the hotel has to make their money somewhere. |

The Hotel is close to the city centre and is easily accessible. It has a carpark in the basement although it seems to be run independently and has an additional overnight charge. At least the car was safe. General tolets were poor and had a bad odor. I suggest that you discuss a room rate at the desk. i noticed that people who were vocal enough at the desk were able to get better rates. Two couples got the same kind of room and services as we did for at least €30 less per night because there were willing to negotiate with the staff at reception. |

It was our first stay, and we found the Hotel to exceed our expectaions. Staff were very freindly, facilities and gym were top rate, good restaurant - Augustine's - and location was very convenient for us to enjoy Christmas in Cork. |
