The Hotel is close to the city centre and is easily accessible. It has a carpark in the basement although it seems to be run independently and has an additional overnight charge. At least the car was safe. General tolets were poor and had a bad odor. I suggest that you discuss a room rate at the desk. i noticed that people who were vocal enough at the desk were able to get better rates. Two couples got the same kind of room and services as we did for at least €30 less per night because there were willing to negotiate with the staff at reception. |

It was our first stay, and we found the Hotel to exceed our expectaions. Staff were very freindly, facilities and gym were top rate, good restaurant - Augustine's - and location was very convenient for us to enjoy Christmas in Cork. |

Good breakfast. Good location. Room nice but not real twin bedded room as reserved. One large bed and one very small bed, suitable really only for child. Receptionist indifferent. Result was poor nights sleep. |

Central location, friendly staff Could do with a sign in the car park saying that hotel guests get a special rate. I didn't know until I booked out so wasted E9 per day. |

The location of the hotel is just ideal to Cork City, so it was ideal to park car and head off into city without this added worry. |

The location was very nice. The breakfast was ok. The staff weren't friendly and didn't propose any solutions to problems. The food was not nice. The lifts are not logical and when you get in on the ground floor to go up to your room floor they sometimes went to the basement and then forgot the floor selected so everyone had to select the floor again. My room had a window overlooking the ground floor and I could hear the party going on down there. It was certainly overpriced, so not good value for money |

Good location.Clean and comfortable.Friendly staff. Thought hotel lacked character. Rooms, Furnature and bathroom were very basic.Thought cost was excessive for this standard of hotel. |

Very professional and friendly staff. Very good food in restaurants. Also, very central location. The hotel has nothing about it that links it to Cork. In other words I could have been in a hotel anywhere else in the world. |

Staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. Facilities were of a very good standard. Stylish contemporary design and furnishings. A very good full breakfast. Selection of meats and cheeses for continental breakfast rather limited. Sound proofing could be better - noise from the atrium travelled upwards to the bedrooms even to the quieter bedrooms on 6th floor. |
