Hard to check-in. park and unload on busy street
was not at all happy with my stay food was cold soup was cold ,glass had lipstick on it when booked asked for late chck out didn't get it very poor this time
Everything, but location above all
Location was good. Breakfast nice.
Poor wifi - practically non-existent. Pillows were like rocks so the sleep quality was poor. The room was extremely stifflling with no air - used the air con which helped a little.
very nice hotel..very nice breakfast...nice friendly staff
the clarinet /sax player in the des hopkins band seemed oblivious that he was playing out of tune.also the ambience for the dj was terrible....the lighting was far too bright.he needs to be highlighted with nice trendy red and blue spotlights with the balance of the lighting turned down or off
Directions to car park not clear
great location staff very friendly
was charged 22euro for breakfast didn't realise until I got home My room was facing the river but the smoking area was also under my room so was kept awake by smokers til the very early hours
Loved the location
The pillows - rooms overheated
The location was great - very central, everything in the city was accessible. The bed was very comfy.
The price. €150.00 per night is very excessive for this hotel. The room we were given was on the Atrium, so no city view / no river view - very very disappointed with that for the price. Kudos Bar gets very busy. Couldn't find a table to sit at there because all the tables were reserved for diners. Oysters restaurant is so overpriced, that there wasn't a chance we could go there - we ended up dining in the Pembroke Restaurant in the Imperial Hotel and that was lovely, price was good, and the hotel and bar there was really nice... we wish we had stayed there instead. Also the breakfast was served in Oysters restaurant in the morning, and it was so packed that the staff were rushed off their feet, people were jostling at the buffet. Overall I was very disappointed for the money paid.
Only there for the one night, and everything was excellent.
Room 206, you might change the bed side looker lamp shades rather dirty.
Jacuzzi wasn't working Have to pay for your own parking
Friendly welcoming staff. Even the cleaning staff would smile and greet you. Very clean and good location with underground car park.
Only one bath towel. Long life milk 2 months past it's use by date - so no tea before bed. Brought to receptions attention on checkout but was met with indifference. No outside windows in rooms. Just a glass panel overlooking the internal foyer. Even with aircon on the room was stuffy and too warm - result poor sleep. €10 for overnight guests to use hotel car park is a bit cheeky
Comfortable beds. Helpful staff.
Location, staffing, comfort
Good hotel, location, services, access to the spa, staff... Highly recommended, value for money but check-in a room with outside view.
Our room was facing the inner court and it was noisy sometimes. Also the lack of fresh air was an issue. When booked, the room was not advertised to have this limitation.
Couldn't have been any better due to the location.
The room was spacious and very nice. It was very quiet, so I had good night sleep.
It was not easy to get a quck cup of coffee, as only 1 person was working at coffee bar.
Drink prices Having to ask for a teabag to make a cuppa cause there was only two in the room and we had used them. Also only one shower gel and shampoo, not great for two girls who had travelled by train so had to depend on the hotel supply rather than bring their own
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They provide great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do.
The bed was not as comfortable as most other hotels of similar quality.
Good hotel. Offered bottles of water upon check out. Staff good, very clean, good location. Lovely rooms.
n/a too short a stay to find anything.
The atmosphere. Ambience. Helpful staff who were also extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome.
Great Dinner, Great Breakfast, Very nice looking hotel, Modern Clean rooms.
Very noisy the night I stayed. A lot of noise seems to come from the corridors and you can hear people talking and banging doors late at night.
Good location, a little stroll to pubs, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
It was in town and good to park car restaurant inside hotel was very nice to eat
Very noisy when we went to bed and not that it was your fort the bed was too hard?
The Hotel offered us breakfast at subsidized rate which was welcome. The breakfast itself was quite sumptuous. Thanks Clarion for a memorable stay. Kamal and Manohar from India
