posizione centralissima; pulizia delle camere; silenzio e tranquillità

non informano circa la pratica di trattenere all'arrivo una preautorizzazione di 300 euro...e quando gli viene fatto notare affermano che verrà restituita entro 48 ore invece trascorrono ben 10 giorni; si servono di personale che non informa correttamente anzi destabilizza l'ospite promettendo cose che poi non vengono mantenute (per esempio: sul sito compare che gli ospiti possono usufruire del collegamento internet gratuito, ma in realtà non è così perchè non esiste una postazione free; ti viene data una pasword per accedere al servizio ma non è valida.......); il risultato: ero andata a rilassarmi e hanno contribuito ad innervosirmi quando sarebbe stata sufficiente una maggiore informazione e una discreta dose di chiarezza

Very professional and friendly staff. Very good food in restaurants. Also, very central location.

The hotel has nothing about it that links it to Cork. In other words I could have been in a hotel anywhere else in the world.

the rooms were nice, comfortable and with good facilities

car parking was expensive, 9 euros per night, and was not told that i would be charged for parking untill checkout. .function food wasn't great!!

the water pressure from the showerhead was poor.... the room temperature was hard to regulate....was cold the first night

Staff is very warmest, prices are reasonable, and good location.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the fact that it is so near the centre of town and the leisure facilities. Fantastic breakfast too!!

The shower left alot to be desired. It wasn't very powerful and it was difficult to use it without flooding the bathroom floor. - Room 331

The hotel was central, clean and good sized rooms. Staff friendly.

l later rang the hotel to upgrade from double to triple room. l spoke to a very helpful lady in reservations and only mentioned that l was to stay in the hotel for my birthday. when l got to my room there was a happy birthday card. there are only a few of that good lady's caliber still around. she is the one l would vote for worker of the year

Considering it was Jazz weekend the staff were very so helpful and friendly,couldnt fault them at all. Hotel is well placed for walking into town and not far from the bus station.

Its central location in the City and the very nice rooms

The airconditioning was poor leading to the rooms being stuffy and hot

Received a very friendly,warm and welcoming reception while checkingin and shortly after arriving in hotel room was rang to ask if everything in room to our satisfaction and was there anything we required. Room was quite spacious and excellent lay-out. It was a triple-room and interior design etc was excellent.Compared to a "delux twin room" my sister and I stayed in while in London which was suppose to be a four-star hotel, the Clarion must be at least 5 if not 6-stars!!! Central location in Cork city;within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restuarants.

Late-night bar-staff not very helpful or efficient on the night.
