bardzo przyjemny obiekt, przestronne, wygodne pokoje pofesjonalna i przyjena obsluga (no moze poza hotelowym barem), fantastyczna lokalizacja barmani mogli by sie kiedys zaczac usmiechac ;) |

Very professional and friendly staff. Very good food in restaurants. Also, very central location. The hotel has nothing about it that links it to Cork. In other words I could have been in a hotel anywhere else in the world. |

the rooms were nice, comfortable and with good facilities car parking was expensive, 9 euros per night, and was not told that i would be charged for parking untill checkout. .function food wasn't great!! |

I love the Clarion, it is my fourth visit and i will look forward to returning. Comfort, freiendly staff, Location, atmosphere and outstanding value for money!!! Noisy at night once before in September |

the staff were very friendly and professional.We had no problem of any kind with the hotel or the staff. We enjoyed our shopping break in a relaxed comfortable hotel. Great! |

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the fact that it is so near the centre of town and the leisure facilities. Fantastic breakfast too!! The shower left alot to be desired. It wasn't very powerful and it was difficult to use it without flooding the bathroom floor. - Room 331 |

l later rang the hotel to upgrade from double to triple room. l spoke to a very helpful lady in reservations and only mentioned that l was to stay in the hotel for my birthday. when l got to my room there was a happy birthday card. there are only a few of that good lady's caliber still around. she is the one l would vote for worker of the year |

when we arrived at the hotel the spa was booked out and as we were only there for two nights we did not get the treatment we wanted, when reserving the room we should have been asked if we wanted spa treatment and to put in a reservation to avoid this disappointment. Also there should be hotel parking we should not have to pay for parking on top of paying for the room, |

Considering it was Jazz weekend the staff were very so helpful and friendly,couldnt fault them at all. Hotel is well placed for walking into town and not far from the bus station. |

Hotel Standards overall good. Disappointed that when having Breakfast I could not use either Cup on my Table and I had to request a clean Cup. Both Cups were poorly washed. Needs attention. |

That it was so central 9 Euro for car parking per day. Bathrooms were a bit small. |

Received a very friendly,warm and welcoming reception while checkingin and shortly after arriving in hotel room was rang to ask if everything in room to our satisfaction and was there anything we required. Room was quite spacious and excellent lay-out. It was a triple-room and interior design etc was excellent.Compared to a "delux twin room" my sister and I stayed in while in London which was suppose to be a four-star hotel, the Clarion must be at least 5 if not 6-stars!!! Central location in Cork city;within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restuarants. Late-night bar-staff not very helpful or efficient on the night. |
