Great and spacious room, modern, clean. Good breakfast.

Poor insonorisation. Noise from the downstairs bar. Uncomfortable bed, the mattress felt like an elephant had slept there the night before.

I loved my stay, great room, comfortable and clean, lovely staff, good breakfast, great location. Would definitely go back.

The pool/sauna/Jacuzzi, Location in the city, near stores, Free Internet access with no time limits etc, Iron included and placed on each room, Good Food, Many Power outlets in the room, Polite and helpful staff

The iron cable was hooked to the ironing board. That's Ok, but the length from the board to the plug was very short, and the length from the board to the iron was very long. It should have been opposite. This limited a lot where in the room it was possible to do the ironing. Also the stand to the ironing board was limiting the ability to put the shirt around the board. A bit hard bed, Not very clean lockers in the pool. The hingers had thick layers of dirt. Not a big problem. Very happy for the nice pool-facilities, with nice staff.

The Staff were excellent. Pool facilities were very good. The fact I could bring my nephew and his friend in( who weren't staying with me at the hotel) at no additional cost was good.The Coice of restaurants for the evening was good.

Few small points - alcohol prices increase 11am which when considering cost of staying at the hotel and the price already was a bit of an insult ( no matter how small of an increase ). When I did complain however the Manager bought us a drink to compensate. It appears they have no way of recording who takes breakfast (when not included in your deal).I Had one breakfast over three days whilst my Mother had none at all. We were still charged for several during our visit whilst checking out. I did point out I only had the one and the others were immediatly cancelled.

every one so helpful and treated us, like old friends. Five minutes to everywhere.

The weather at first, even that improved.

the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet by night even though there was a wedding on and several family's with young children staying. The city centre was within walking distance.

the hotel does have a car park beneath but still charges 9.00 Euro for the night parking.

Outstanding customer service especially at the reception desk. Food was good quality and tasty. Bed was generous size and very comfortable. Central City location with good walking opportunities.

We had an inside room so no view on to the outside world so felt quite claustrophobic

Really liked the complimentary bottle of water on check out - was a nice touch. Also the beds are extremely comfortable. They also accomodated our group by putting all bedrooms together.

Not a huge amount of choice for lunch in the bar.

Great, modern hotel - staff are really friendly. Easily walkable to everything in town.

Breakfast was expensive - I had it last time and it wasn't worth it. And it's a shame that there was no 'single room' charge available.

not a huge fan of rooms facing into the atrium, but it was a very busy weekend and otherwise the room was very comfortable

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate you. The athmosphere was very relaxing.

Staff, cleanliness proximity to town

heat unbearable homeless shelter at rear of hotel and lots of people hanging around. Charged for a bottle of water that we didn't use.
