Confusion over our room. Asked for 'non-smoking', given smoking. Reallocated to an 'out of service' room. After 45 minutes allocated to room. |

I liked the location, re the airport. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast menu was good. The menu was very limited, we went to the airport to eat on the evening we arrived. |

Location It is cheap quality and shabby. No luxury here but prices do not reflect that. Very noisy all during the night (from other guests) and walls paper thin. Furniture especially in lobby is shabby Service on check in really slow and I had to wait quite some time to get a room, when I did get my room there was a digger working right outside my room for the remainder of the day! Could not get any sleep day or night in this room. Service by the older Irish women was friendly, otherwise from other staff it was a "couldn't care less attitude". Airport bus only goes every half hour at peak times. This is just not enough. The bus was overloaded and passengers had to wait until next one. Expensive rate for motel service. Not good! |

Excellent position near the airport. Kudus restaurant very good. Spacious, clean room and good bathroom Whilst there is an excellent Full Irish Breakfast, would like more of a choice for the alternative breakfast such as cornflakes, toast. Not everyone wants a full Irish, diabetics can not really eat what is presently on offer at the bar |

Kudos Restaurant is superb - the reason I chose to stay at the Clarion on two occasions in two weeks. Not able t receive internet in some of the rooms, although made up for with free WiFi access in lobby areas. |

We were able to check in early, which was a big help. Also, the shuttle bus drivers were great. |

It was close to the airport and most of the staff were friendly and obliging but no more than should be expected. Rooms/ corridors over due for refurb, cracked wash hand basin in room, dirty stained carpets - extremely tired looking.Soundproofing is not good either, flights start at 4.30 in the morning and yes I know it is an airport hotel - but I have been in similar situations and had better eg more modern double galzed windows. Meal in restaurant was disappointing - steak too tough to digest which in fairness was readily replaced with fish. But a hotel that can't find a supplier of 'tender' meat!! - I seek to buy Irish beef when at home in Eng as it is good quality. Large heavy water jugs that would be more at home in an industrial canteen!!! Breakfast was worse - soggy toast, dried out bacon raw tomatoes, tired fried eggs - all just warm |

It was close to the airport and offered shuttle service both to the terminal and to Dublin city center - the shuttle to town is what prompted me to book with this hotel rather than one of the others at the airport The twin room was very small, but the price was right. I would have felt cheated if I had paid more. |

Its location is excellent for an early flight. The man on check in that evening ( Sunday 20 th. Slightly northern accent ? ) was particularly welcoming and helpful. Surprised to find restaurant closed " because it was Sunday ". This made choice of available food limited and service slow, but helpful man who checked me in speeded up the process ! |
