Courtesy bus took 40 mins to pick us up! When my husband arrived in the morning to pick me up he was charged $7,00 to leave the car park in the Clarion due to him taking 20 mins to find a parking space then coming to my room to help me with my cases as there was no lift and I counld not get them up the stairs! |

Free shuttle to very nearby airport. Bed and linens were very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was expensive. |

I was tired & there was a bed in my room. It was excellent! The lack of CCTV in the car park. A friends car was broken into during our stay. |

Very convenient for early am flight. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Room fairly big and comfortable. Food quite tasty and value for money. |

It was inexpensive for a one night stay and to be fair, suited most of our needs. It is in very close proximity to the airport. Car park was full. No room to park your car anywhere. The decor in parts of the hotel is old and musty. Rooms, including bathroom are very compact. Parking charges are expensive, considering the long term car park charges from DAA are down to €4.50 a day.....it's ridiculous you have to pay for parking when your staying at this hotel. |

Close to and within a short 10 minute walk of the Dublin Airport Passenger Terminal. Room rate was very resonable and good value. Nothing of note, although availability of bottled water in the room would have been useful. |

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and the rug was stained and needs replacement. |

Proximity to Dublin airport Food in the restaurant was fair, a bit on the pricey side. Thought room price should be slightly cheaper also, especially when booking online. |

Proximity to Dublin Airport and the regular service there by limosine. Being able to use the quick check out service. I also liked the atmosphere attached to the hotel. Not applicable |

The hotel is a good choice if you need to stay near the airport, but is lacking any character. The bed in the room was very uncomfortable, and there is no lift in the hotel which is a problem if you have to carry heavy bags to your room. |

Excellent hotel, superbly located to catch those early flights to Brussels. Signage to indicate the shortest way to the foyer for those long corridors. Do I go left or do I go right |

The friendliness of your staff 6pm. On arrival after trekkiing thru the hotel corridors, which were very smokey I eventually arrived at 275 to find it dirty. Receptionist I spoke with suggested I wait until someone could come and clean same., After five minutes I decided against this and Duty Mgr found me an unoccupied room e.g. 265 which was satisfactory. Restaurant: The brie starter weas supposed to have "compote". |

The staff were most helpful as they gave excellent directions through the extensive airport construction and also were helpful in fixing a problem we had with the lobby public (pay) computer. Provided a lobby public computer (pay as you use) but the charge was much too high at 8 minutes/Euro plus additional for printing. Because of the pay system I was not able to print our boarding passes as it took too long for the printer to engage and the site 'timed out'. After 5 Euro had only three (3) blank pages for the effort. |
