Long hallways and no elevator

The location, very close to the Airport. The staff is very kindly. Room is clean and comfortable.

Breakfast a bit expensive for its value. There are no lifts, so when your room is not in the ground floor, would be uncomfortable when bringing the baggages. Fortunately, the staff offer you assistance with that.

The atmosphere in the foyer/bar area put us in such a happy mood for the start of our three-week trip. Location fantastic for our long flight the next morning.

We stayed in the hotel for an overnight on our honeymoon before getting our flight to Australia. On the flight my legs became itchy and it turned out I was bitten from bedbugs, my legs are destroyed. I have taken pictures of them. I was on a flight for 23 hours, I have been given cream and tablets here to help them. I cannot wear anything I brought as my legs are hideous so have to hide them. There were 2 beds in the room and I chose the bed closest the window which probably does not be used much. It is terrible.

No consideration for customer who arrived late after severe flight disruption and was looking for a sandwich. At 3:40 in morning. Room was tired and 125 for that is rip off I won't be returning

Near the airport. Option to park car while away on holidays and not to have to park the car in the airport car park which is a pain. Ticket provided to collect car when back from vacation ( and not have to go into the hotel again )

Unclear as to whether there was an airport shuttle fee. When we checked in, I asked about the shuttle - but wasn't told about the fee. When we went to board the shuttle, there was a sign saying you needed tickets. I bought the tickets, but the driver didn't want them.

No lift. Breakfast (everything except the saucages were like rubber or leather.) No easy access to the hotel from the far carpark. Bath shower( dangerous)

Food was good.

I got a smoking room because I was told that there was no place to smoke outdoors. The room smelled awful, making it very difficult to sleep. The irony is that I didn't even smoke in it! There was, in fact, an outdoor place to smoke cigars which the staff person did not tell me about. It was a pretty miserable night.

The room , quite small ! The food !! my partner and I both had diarrhoea for two days after eating there ! I will never stay there again !!!

Its a decent hotel right in the airport with long term parking, ideal for an early flight.

The staff the most! Very friendly! We also liked how close it was too the airport!

Walking distance to airport.

The hotel and the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. It was a cramped, basement, at best 2 star room. The bathroom was tiny, the bath/shower was impractical to get in and out of. The lounge was packed I guess because no one could stand to stay in the rooms. They advertise a free shuttle to the airport then they charge 1e which is just a put off. The staff were not particularly accomodating. Should have gone for the Radisson across the street.

Convenient location being at the Airport. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast which was cheaper if you paid when checking in.

There was an unexpectedly long walk to the room,down stairs and along long corridors. However they did provide a bellboy to bring all our bags to the room.
