Ease of getting to airport.

No elevator to lower level where our room was located. It was difficult to maneuver our luggage up and down the stairs.

The bed sheets were the very best I have ever slept in and the mattress was perfect :)

The noisey people at 4am, leaving with kids and mad so much noise without a care for others who were in the other rooms! But that was not the hotels fault, just the ignorance of the people leaving.

Proximity to airport. Car parking. Air-con in bedrooms.

High cost of parking. Difficulty in walking the short distance to airport

Very old and tired hotel that, if you are unlucky enough to stay in the basement , you may have to walk almost half a mile. Dingy, tired, worn but I guess they are working on an update in some rooms. Ours clearly was not one. No elevators, just a dumb waiter kind of thing that you wait forever for staff to operate. It is on the airport premises so great location.

Very shabby. Understaffed. Overpriced. Parking was a huge issue, though we paid for it. The shower was so difficult to operate due to its age, a staff person had to come turn it on (and we are used to European showers.) Breakfast was way overpriced at $18 euro.

Staff were very helpful and curteous.

I got food poisoning. The food menu was limited. The decoration was shabby in the hallways. There were no signs to the rooms it was like a maze. The bedroom decor were out of date. It was overpriced because of its location.

Great location to stay if you are going on an early flight. The food was also very good.

We were flying out early the next Morning .

the bar food menu options were somewhat limited, but that should be easily fixed ?!

We liked it only because it is so near the airport..

The room was very small and basic, not much comfort..the food in the restaurant was terrible.. I had portabello mushrooms and I could not see the mushrooms because they were so small and the lamb was very fatty.. a five star restaurant it is not.. I would say maybe 2 star if that.. you need to improve the food as we would not stay there again because of the restaurant..

Didnt like that they had no lift and we were put in a room which was miles away frm bar resturant also only 2 beds in family room they shud have twin beds as well as doubles also not enough cups or milk in room for 4 of us room was also to hot

the bed in room 163 on the night of 8th May was 'done'. It was obsolete and most uncomfortable.

Rooms too warm and not possible to control ,didn't sleep as it was oppresive.

The convenience to Dublin airport and the ability to "Park and Fly" were the main selling points of this hotel for me .

The current external appearance has a "tired 1970's" feel to it . There were signs posted advising that renovation work was underway so it looks like this is being addressed . Charging 1 euro for a "courtesy" bus seems a bit petty . Add a euro to everyone's room charge and have a proper free courtesy coach.

Location and staff, the bar staff and the asian food was outstanding.

Dated bathroom in the room plug chain too short so could not fill the sink to wash and shave, shower very poor water flow and tempreture

The location is excellent and it is good value for money. Bar food is good and tasty

As it's so close to the airport, It was very convenient for our early morning flight to the US. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Over all good value for one night.

The restaurant was of very low standard and very expensive. The menu is not great, my partner had the pasta dish and said it tasted like it came out of a packet. We were sorry we didn't eat in the bar as it looked like the same menu but the prices were much cheaper. They have a captive audience as there's no where else to eat!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant has a good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices.

The breakfast service was not great. When we arrived just before 10am there was little hot food available. Some of the sections were then re- filled but not all. There also seem to be confusion on how to pay for the breakfast. Myself and my mum were told we could put them on our room tab whereas my aunt and uncle who had their breakfast slightly before us were told it was not an option to put in on the room but that they had to pay cash. I was also dissppointed by the fact that the hotel has an airport shuttle bus and a notice at the airport to say that the bus goes every 20 minutes but if you want immediate pick up you can call the hotel. I did call the hotel as it was a cold evening and we wanted to be picked up quickly and the girl in reception seemed reluctant to send the bus over at any other time than scheduled and in fact we ended up waiting for far more than 20 minutes. I have stayed at the hotel several times over the last few years and there have never been these problems before. I am not sure I will stay there on my next visit to Dublin.

Location- by airport with shuttle bus available Location- easy taxi to ferry port Staff (reception) Staff (dining room) Bedroom small-ish, but good enough for overnight. Warm and quiet.

Dining room menu. Two course or three course 'offers' (both a little expensive). Option? Eat outside in lounge from lounge menu. Vegetarian offer poor No lift to first floor bedrooms (although only ground and first floor hotel, so not too bad. Porter service available)

Close to the airport for early flights, clean

Priced a bit on the high side, service in the lounge area very very poor.
