Rooms are tiny and in need of refurb ,as is the whole hotel

The location to the airport was fabulous!

1. Not advised that parking ticket had to be activated in the hotel even the parking under 2hrs was free! 2. Was told by bar staff hotel had room service for food- went to room to call for room service only to be told it was only for pizza! I had an apple instead 3. Alarm went off 4 times in the morning when I called reception after the third time was told 'it's faulty,bye" Booked wakeup call for Sunday morning 5am- Saw resceptionist write ut in the book... Called reception to confirm on Sat night- got told ' no booking here for you' booking made by same unfriendly man on the phone. Got 3 calls the next morning! It's a circus!!! Staff need lesson in customer service ( excluding lovely lady on reception on Sat afternoon) Very disappointing :( Never again!

So convenient to Dublin Airport and their shuttle service is excellent.

The receptionist gave great advise about the queues at the airport. As a result we got the 4.30am bus and sailed through the bag drop and security.

Room very small, only 1 chair for two people.Outlook very poor and dark.Very limited choice of menu in bar. One would not expect the bar menu to be predominantly Asian food.

Location/transfers.

No elevators;slow service at reception.

If you are merely looking for a place to sleep that is very close to the airport, this is the place to stay. We received our early morning wake up call and shuttle to the airport to make for a quick exit from the city.

This hotel's carpeting smelled faintly of mold to me. It seemed to have been cleaned or treated for odor recently, but I am super sensitive to chemicals and mold, so it bothered me somewhat. If you aren't sensitive to smells, you'll probably be ok. If you have extreme allergies, you might want to try a newer hotel.

Location to airport. Good bar food.

Housekeeping was careless about making up the room.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful and consists of a good mix of young and not so young. The decor is modern but cosy and the welcome is warm. Unlike some other hotels nearby where you feel like you're entering the airport terminal. Good selection of food in both restaurant and bar/lounge.

Tiles in some of the bathrooms could do with some 'upgrading'

The proximity to the airport. The reception staff.

No lift. The staff at breakfast were not as pleasant as the rest of the staff we encountered. Breakfast itself was not great.

I loved the food in the bar.

Our room was downstairs and we had no lift and had to carry our bags up and down a flight of stairs. Not great.
