Our room was gorgeous, very clean, just like the pictures on the website. And included a hair drier and an iron! So handy! Very impressed. Our hotel also ran a shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which made everything so much easier. The service ran on time and was easy to use. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location 5/10 mins walk from o'Connell street and just across the short bridge to Grafton st. Also very nice friendly and helpful staff. We did not eat there so can't comment on food etc. We had 2 connecting rooms for 2 adults & 3 children which was very convenient and great value for a city centre hotel. Also my daughter left a toy behind and the hotel receptionist was lovely and sent it to us very quickly. Room was a family room which consists of 2connecting rooms in the corner of the hotel, a really great idea especially for a family of five but the room on the outside corner was cold (was v cold in Dublin so perhaps unusual)

Suite for four adults was excellent with fantastic view along the River Liffey. Rooms clean and enough space, coffee making machine excellent and a kettle. Breakfast buffet excellent although staff very very grumpy. Reception and room staff very helpful and attentive. Would stay again as loved the location as in the Financial district so nice and quite at the weekend, and close enough to walk (20 minutes) to the main areas. Breakfast staff very grumpy and not very willing to help. Everything seemed too much trouble ie. asked for toast and was told to wait and someone would come over. Waited for a while and had to ask again ~ received a huff from the lady who was assigned to seat guests and did eventually receive toast (after main breakfast was finished). Food was excellent but staff need a lot of training in customer service ~ even just a smile would have been nice.

The staff were excellent. The carpark was close and convenient. Check in and check out were very quick and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was not up to standard as would be expected from the Clarion group. However, We made our issue known to management and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently with a satisfactory outcome.

Location- able to walk into city within 10 minutes, lovely restaurants etc nearby, Room was clean, Nice coffee machine. Travel cot was set up on our arrival. Parking the car was easy. Swimming pool was cold for our baby and ridiculous that you have to purchase swimming hats.

The location is fantastic . ten minute walk to city centre and near the o2. Hotel was pricey for what it offered. Would not consider it family friendly . the pool was a little disappointing. Difficult to get into the pool with a twelve month old as it doesnt have graduated steps just a ladder at the side and overall not very bright or luxurious...little grimey. Room was clean ..decor clean new but bland. Also bathroom clean but worn looking .. again not luxurious.staff esp cleaning staff excellent . overall I would say it is more like a hotel for business people or those attending concerts ..1 -2 night stay.. I love new boutique hotels which are spotless !! this is adequately clean for a clean freak like me but not faultless. I would stay again for the convenience but might try nother hotel next time for a change

It did its job. I didn't like not having a key to the balcony so the balcony door was either locked - not good as the balcony was then inaccessible - or unlocked, also not good as our room was then open to people in the ajoining rooms.

We stayed only 1 night (and were out most of the time) so didn't get a chance to fully absorb the ambience of the hotel or sample all of its facilities. What we really liked was the spaciousness of the room (# 603). We probably would have preferred something slightly cheaper (than €179 + breakfast) but we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and the layout of our room. Everyone got a good night's sleep. We also noticed the friendliness and relative youth of the staff and the efficiency with which breakfast was served. Breakfast was also better value than expected (€12 for adults and €5 for kids at weekends). I think we would all have liked to have stayed another night!

Our stay was most enjoyable staff were excellant rooms lovely the only thing I would point out is the bath mat in our room was very old and shabby and our air conditioning didn't work the best. One other thing we were never told on check in that the car park was €15 we were just landed with it after the bill was paid a bit steep and maybe if we had been told on check in it wouldn't have shocked us so much

Breakfast served to the room was cold. Room wasnt impressive for a suite. You couldnt fill the bath as there was no taps only a shower head. The water in the shower wasn't very hot. The car park is not clearly sign posted from the quay, and it should be free as a guest of the hotel.

It was very close to everything we needed. We only used transport to get to and from the airport. Bus stops right outside the hotel. Very good! Hotel offers a 3 euro bus to airport. Very good! Swimming pool and other bits were lovely. Would highly reccommend!!! Food was a bit pricey but was still nice.

Breathtaking views from our suite on the fifth floor. Clean and tidy. Almost everything worked. Helpful staff. Not enough tea and coffee in the room. Cleaner turned the heating off so our room was cold when we returned. Some of the East European staff difficult to understand.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull.. Pool area was clean and well managed. Restaurant food was excellent and good value for money.. Rooms very big and comfortable. No on site parking.. Had to Park in the underground car park a few blocks away.. The cost of £28 euros for 2 nights was a bit expensive.. Most hotels i have stayed in don't charge you to park... Had requested baby cot for stay it had been faulty and one side kept closing and folding in... As it was late i put the baby in bed with me.. Next morning the room was cleaned but on our arrival back that night the cot hadn't been removed and replaced, the broken cot still was in the room unmade and clearly faulty... So baby had again to sleep with me...

“We went to a gig in the O2 and found that using this hotel was great to get in and out of town (using the luas next to the hotel). Leaving the car in the car park for 7 euro was money well spent for piece of mind. Hotel is lovely 2nd time we have stayed here Nice rooms and the Bar served a great dinner/lunch and not badly priced. Staff also nice and hotel is easy to reach from the motorway's and you have the park just round the corner.” Martin, Galway |
