My room was perfect for my requirements. The Foyer was a lovely place to relax and meet friends. Bar staff and reception staff were friendly. When food eventually was served it was excellent, The restaurant service was appauling. It took on average 45 minutes`to receive food after ordering it. Several of the staff were very rude and abrupt when asked was the food on the way or nearly ready. Room service orders took priority over restaurant guests. Eat here only if you don't mind being insulted and can afford to wait for your food. |

We loved the convenience of the hotel to the O2, the surrounding ammenities were excellent. Also Walking distance to city centre was great. The staff were very helpful as well. As for the hotel itself it was beautiful. |

I liked the spa and the swiiming pool. Location excellent to the O2 Arena. Not enough car parking spaces. Had to pay €14 extra to park. No vending machines or ice machines. |

Having traveled from eastern Europe we spent one night in Dublin the hotel was quiet which is what we required. There was no soap, shower gel etc in the bathroom just empty containers. The Irish breakfast seemed undercooked and was cold, I asked for coffee and toast. After 10 minutes the coffee or toast had not arrived so I asked again. The coffee eventually arrived but was burnt and no toast. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nice and not a long walk from the city centre. The rugby match was not shown in the bar !!! The entrance to the car park is very confusing and when you come out of the car park it should be better sign posted that the car park isnt actually in the hotel building so it was very confusing trying to find the hotel. Maybe you should say this on your website as we had printed off the instructions. |

Girl at reception came in the car to show me where the car park was. Room was fine and process of checking in and out was good. When I booked I presumed parking was included in the cost but had to pay an additional €15 for overnight parking. I think this is sneaky and should be explained up front. Noise from Lewis upgrade woke me.Not as nice as Limerick or Cork. |

The girl at reception on arrival was lovely Its location to the O2 is great while still close to the city for shopping Finding the car park was a pain as there were diversions in place but cant hold the hotel responsable for that |

Great central location - within walking distance of O2 in a safe environment. 10 mins to O'Connell St for shopping. Nice busy bar for after concert drinks. Very spacious rooms well-insulated against external noise. Breakfast should have been included in price. Clinical, unlavish look of reception foyer not indicative of a 4-star hotel. |

Nice sized room with a great bed. Leisure facilities good and well maintained. Good location overlooking the river, pretty close to the city centre if you want to walk or a short taxi ride. |
