Hotel car park was worse than appalling. Dirty bad entrance/exit hard to find not connected to hotel. Bathroom grossly under sized in general very disappointing stay. |

Breakfast was lovely and served in a relaxed manner the staff were unhelpful, after making many mistakes including insisting on charging me twice for breakfast and for oversea's calls I did not make, I booked a twin room and was given a double, The manager when called was ok but it should not have come to that. |

Most convienient to the 02 arena for concerts etc. Also, hotel is within walkin distance of shops, city centre. Breakfast should be included in price. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and it was lovely to have the balcony overlooking the river. Having to pay for car parking. Though the room was nice it could do with a coat of paint and there were stains on the furniture. |

My sisters and I were in the city for a concert at the O2 and the hotel is in easy walking distance of the venue which is great. I had stayed at this hotel before so knew that the service levels etc were excellent but they really excelled themselves this time by upgrading us to the penthouse suite. We were absolutely delighted - we are never that lucky! I know that this is a city centre hotel and some traffic noise is to be expected but we found that night to be particularly noisy and would have thought that sound proofing would have been a little better. |

Location of the hotel is ideal, close to city centre and handy for croke park. Areas itself has alot of amenities which will only improve once luas is complete The car park is not part of the hotel. This is not a problem but is not very clear on teh website. If you drive to teh hotel you actually have to do a u turn on a busy raod to get to the car park. It would have been gooo dto at least know this beforehand |

The hotel was clean. The room was classed as a superior double room but did not have a bath and I did specify we were on our honeymoon. The room was also small and was ten-fifteen minutes walk to the city really not five as advertised. If I had known this at the time of booking that this was the case I would have chosen a different hotel. I was honestly a little disappointed as the deluxe aspect was definately missing. Although for business this hotel would be perfect. |

Good leisure facilities, with comfortable, spacious rooms. Great choice of dining options with high quality food. I have a suspicion that when using this website to book rooms, the establishment chosen to stay in, allocates thier least desireable rooms! This is based on a few occasions. Also I expect a four star hotel to include breakfast, most do! |

The room was lovely. Enjoyed use of the jacuzzi. Hotel was modern and clean The fact that swimming hats were obligatory for use of the swimming pool. It was a bit of a walk to the main popular pedestrian areas. |
