Modalitatea de rezervare, in acest moment am doua suma blocate pe cardul meu de debit si nu consider ca este normal sa mi se intimple acest lucru.Mai exact cind am sosit mi s-a blocat o suma , ei au spus ca este o preautorizare, care suma a diferit fata de suma finala, avind niste mese in plus, drept pentru care mi s-a mai blocat o alta suma finala pe card. In aces tmoment am doua sume blocate si consider acest lucru extrem de suparator si in functie de viteza cu care se va rezolva voi mai folosi serviciile dvs pe viitor. Poate ca este mai convenabil sa folosesc o agentie, sa platesc totul dinainte.

Really really enjoyed our trip here, staff loctaion room everything was perfect. We like to go away to stay and try not to go to the same place but we have both agreed we will be back. We arrived and found that we could get a room with a balcony not one thing could we fault we would both like to thank yous very much

We had a lovely relaxed time. Just one nite stay but enjoyed it. Close to city, staff very nice, bar was lovely and just really enjoyed ourselves

We couldn't find the car park on arrival but just went to convention centre which was more expensive. That was a pity. And i think i got over charged for 9inch pepperoni pizza, 17euro when think it should have been 12euro. But my own fault for not following up on it. On big deal. And think it was tinned fruit for breakfast which wasn't great.

very efficient staff , arrived in a rush .. They checked us in really quickly and brought out bags to room , booked taxi etc the nespresso machine in room a great touch !

Area a little quiet in the evening.

Breakfast at a cost of 15€ per person was very disappointing. Breakfast was served till 11.30 on the day I stayed at hotel. Buffet style breakfast. I went for breakfast at 11 by which there was no pudding or eggs left. 15Euro for breakfast is overpriced for the standard , you would get a full irish in the city for much less. Hotel in general in over priced.

The staff were very nice and helpful, especially a young waiter in the restaurant called: Alex. He could not do enough for us and was so polite and nice.

We had to wait at reception for what seemed ages after a 3hour driving trip, as there was only one receptionist at the deck and she was on a phone call. She apologised for the delay however I felt there was a need for more staff at this time of day.

Being charged for the room on arrival ( I had wrongly assumed that I had already paid the cost at the time of booking online) One very rude and obnoxious member of the reception team who really didnt go the extra mile and did not want to help me when I was upset at not having enough money to cover the hotel cost initially (The Manager stepped in to help me sort) but the guy really upset me and reduced me to tears

Very cosy bed, expresso machine in the room, proximity to Bord Gais theatre, friendly staff!

Carpark €15 extra for overnight stay!

The room (a suite) was spacious, clean,well-appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The food in the Kudos Bar was tasty and value for money.

Price of room considerably higher than usual for a Friday night with the clarion probably due to the fact that there was a concert on in the o2. I understand that demand can drive up the price but it was double the cost. A bit unfair in my opinion.

Room view and size, comfort of bed, peace and quiet but near city, use of gym facilities and pool. Staff.

- Airlink 747 bus (express from/to the airport) stops almost in front of the hotel. - Modern-type hotel. - Friendly staff. - Fast check-in/check-out. - Decent room. - Good safe-box volume (was able to stick a larger laptop in). - Great view over Liffey river (out of rooms facing the quay). - Walking distance to O'Connell Street. - Hotel car park nearby.

The location was good, it was a short walk to Tempe Bar area, shopping area and museums. I liked the most the well-equipped gym that was on use of hotel guests. When I come back into Dublin, I would defenately choose Clarion because of the great gym.

Great location. Walking distance to the o2 and close to O'Connell Street. Room was spacious with a large balcony. The hotel itself was very clean and well presented.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We felt extremely welcome, almost at home, at this hotel. I actually felt guilty leaving this hotel to go to another one across Ireland. We traveled during the Easter weekend and the hotel had an Easter egg and chocolate hunt for the kids on Easter morning. Their babysitting services were excellent and there is a chocolate fountain when you walk in the front door, what more could you ask for? The breakfast was wonderful, the waffles were amazing. If we ever go back to Dublin I would be more than willing to stay at this hotel. The truly started our Ireland vacation off to a wonderful start!

Beds were very comfortable and quality bedding. Room for family of 5.

One of the restaurants was closed on Sunday and we had hoped to eat there.
