Hotel itself is brand new and great, but not its location. It's right on the edge of town, in a very run down area, right next to the town scrap heap. Lot of empty premises and threatening groups of youths in nearby skate board park (who were very noisy up until 4am). You have to walk through all this to get into the town, about a 10 minute walk away. |

Very centered to the city and to shannon airport. Very helpful and efficient staff. Havcing to pay extra for overnight parking. Could be included in overall price so its not a add-on afterwards |

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, clean, comfortable, well designed and a lovely view. Food was good value for good fare and bar staff were effecient and polite Check in took a while as a hen-group got there before us and to be fair, they had a lot of questions which the receptionist took her time to address |

I stay frequently and enjoy how relaxing it is... On this occasion and I have stayed five times this year so far I thought the food was awful. So much so that we left first thing in the morning which we never ever do... I hope it was just a blip as I am staying again on the 19th of June. |

The central location of the hotel made it very easy to explore the city. The standard of the food both in the bar and restaurant was excellent. |

75 eur/night at weekend for 4* is good. Bar is good and lunch was nice. Banging doors, we were also put on same floor as hen party though hotel was clearly not full. Staff at reception were rude, although bar staff were fine. |

This is an old hotel, old facilities, the "wellness" area was a small and dirty sauna, a unpleasant dirty steam bath, a 5 meter small pool in an unclean and paint loosing environment. The rooms are unclean, the hotel is old. If you are depressed, this hotel will support you in your decision to commit suicide. the "wellness" area was a small and dirty sauna, a unpleasant dirty steam bath, a 5 meter small pool in an unclean and paint loosing environment.
