Lo que mas nos ha gustado de la estacion que nos toco una habitacion con unas vistas maravillosas. La piscina es muy pequeña y estaba el agua muy fria. Nuestra habitacion era muy confortable pero no podiamos abrir el frigorifico porque no teniamos espacio y solamente tuvimos un champu para dos personas y una toalla de baño para dos personas. |

Hotel moderno, céntrico y con muchas prestaciones. Estuve en una habitación de dos camas en oferta por 79€, espaciosa y que, además de lo habitual en un hotel tipo 3/4 estrellas, incluía tabla de planchar y plancha, aire acondicionado independiente, pequeña caja fuerte y también te podían subir por la mañana el periódico a la habitación (supongo que sería en inglés). Garaje concertado al lado del hotel a 8,50€ la noche y aunque lo retires después de las 9 AM (despúes me cobraron eso en otro más céntrico por 4 horas). Personal muy amable aunque no hablan español (lo habitual) |

El personal del hotel fue excelente, muy amable y siempre atentos para ayudar en cualquier cosa. El aparcamiento en la calle me parece un robo, no por lo caro sino porque si se te pasa la hora te cobran 80€ de multa. No te los cobra el hotel, te los cobra el aparcamiento, pero el hotel tendría que tener algún tipo de acuerdo para su clientela pues el uso es compartido excepto en este aspecto. |

I liked the courtesy and customer service from the staff on reception. I visit Limerick a few times a year and I think the price is reasonable for the comfort and amenities offered. |

Room was very clean, warm, comfortable and personable, breakfast was superb The unavailability of food late in the evening, 23:00, for residents, left my friends unhappy but they enjoyed their breakfast all the better. |

comfort of the hotel and its location to the city. Looked for food after 10pm room service only and very limited menu. It might have been 10 30 pm but was hungry and was afraid to walk out by the docks on our own. We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel and please take this comment in good faith. |

It was very enjoyable and very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the pool and breakfast was delicious! The bed was really creaky seriously everytime I turned over. Also I don't think they should charge for parking |

Clean stylish room with nice fixtures. Sunset was nice from room over river. Bed comfortable. Room was on noisy side of hotel by ship loading dock. If not full they should have put us on the other side if possible. Room smelt of smoke though it was a non smoking room. Stale smell. I phoned to check with front desk. They did not offer to give me a different room. |

Modern without being gimmicky, this hotel has a calm, confident feel. I had a lovely room on the 14th floor with views out over the river. Extremely comfortable bed & nice toiletries too. Breakfast rather ordinary - would have liked better muesli, better juices and freshly brewed coffee instead of some that had been stewing for a while |
