close proximity to the places we needed to be during our stay, the €3 overnight parking is also an attratction. the bedroom was very warm during the night, the breakfast buffet could be a little cheaper, the restaurant staff seemd to be run off their feet. |

Value for money, cleanliness of the room, good breakfast There was a smell of smoke in the room eventhough we requested a non smoking room. There was a smell in the corridor to the room. Corridors were grubby in appearance |

staff were friendly and main hotel was nice . we were allocated suites which turned out to smell of smoke and because they were facing the road they were very noisey. I would suggested better glazing. |

This hotel provides good value. The service staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. There is a great gym on site which has a pool, sauna, work out equipment and it is free for hotel guests. The location was fine for our purposes as we wanted to be in Lucan but maybe not so for those who want to be closer to city center Dublin. The hotel does a lot of weddings, parties, receptions, tour groups and on weekends it can get kind of noisy and busy. The breakfast room can get very crowded as well. The breakfast is just ok, food is of lower quality. |

The conciererge was extremely helpful. he was warm, friendly and welcoming the staff were overwhelmed - they had obviously received very little traing. we waited for forty five minutes after finishing dinner waiting on our dessert. staff would walk past the table to serve other tables and wouldn't think of lifting our and other dirty plates on their way back into the kitchen. At breakfast we asked 3 times for a poached egg and it took 30 minutes to come. |

relaxed and friendly armosphere that my 3 teenage children had to be out of the pool area so early, i understand young children not being wanted in the pool area late, however, there was very little for 3x 15 year olds after 7pm. |

The hotel is well situated as most attractions are nearby, the food was very good and overall our stay was very good value. I didb't like that the pool wasnt opened to children before 9am as most kids are awake since 7am anyway ! . the air conditioning in the apartment was very poor and we found this made the rooms very stuffy at nighttime. |

Hotel was convenient for my stay as I prefer not to stay in the city centre...decor in the hotel is poor...but the carpets are awful...those gastly green ones on the corridors make the hotel feel dirty and low class...need to be changed immediately!!!! Overall it is a good hotel with good dining room....and would stay again... Overall was fine.....Apart from the decor..mainly the carpets in the hallways...gastly!! |
