Very suitable for business travelers and meetings. Overnight guests paying parking charges. Also the orange juice at breakfast could be better.

It was a very nice hotel with a friendly atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and nice, the restaurants were nice, especially the Kudos. The waitress in Sinergie seemed to be a beginner, she was not up to date about the menu. The chocolate fudge cake was not fresh.

We've stayed in this hotel on several occasions. The location to the west of Dublin suits us and we really like the leisure centre and swimming pool. But don't forget to bring swim hats! There is an excellent shopping centre and cinema right beside the hotel, plus a good bar/restaurant, The Arc, across the car park. It does an excellent, good value breakfast. The hotel is very popular with family groups and the rooms are spacious. Our family room had a double and two single beds, but didn't feel squashed. Overall, a good budget choice and very convenient location. The only downside is that some of the families can be a bit noisy - older kids (and their parents!) shouting in the corridors quite late at night. Plus, it's very busy at weekends, leading to large queues for the restaurant at breakfast time. That's why we prefer to walk two minutes across the car park to The Arc restaurant. It's quicker and cheaper!

Location was good to downtown Dublin. Free internet Tea biscuits were good. Showers had good pressure and nice hot water. Our room clearly smelled of cigarette smoke when specifically booked a non smoking for medical issues of my child. I booked to for the pool for my kids and the pool hours for the kids were horrible. I had to take them back to our room in tears the first night due to not being able to swim. They had been looking forward to that for 2 weeks. Then the t.v. selections was crappy and they had a rotten night. Also, due to the pool hours we had to change/shorten our outside itinerary to make it back to swim. We had to spend 12 Euro on swim caps only to find 9 people in the pool without them while we were in there. Also, extremely rude guests in the halls with crying and loud kids and all hours of the night.

The location and price were both ideal - was visiting some friends in Lucan, so this was perfect. We were staying in a room on the ground floor - not sure if this is usually reserved for families, but it meant that it was very noisy with children shouting and running up and down the corridor from about 6am (not great when you've been out the night before and have a hangover!)

The room was very nice and clean, with a nice bathroom and modern interior. It really makes you feel like home. Our room was on the ground floor on the car park side of the building but even with an open window there was no noise to disturb us. There was no Wi-fi service in the room and unfortunately every time we needed internet we had to go and sit at the reception area, fortunately the room was on the ground floor so it took only half a minute to get there. The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre, the bus stop is quite far away from the hotel and it takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the city center by bus, thus the hotel would perfectly suit to those people who have their own car and don't use the public transport. However there is a range of buses going both to the city center and to the airport.

The gym facilities were good, I quite enjoyed the food aswel. I ordered a double bed, what I got was two single beds put together, which made for a very un comfortable night. The shower was in a bath which was tiny. I couldn't watch movies on the tv, the reason the front desk gave was because I onlyhad a debit card, on a recent visit to the Crowne Plaza this was not an issue.

Being wheelchair disabled I find the room & hotel facilities are excellent. Location is great for shopping (Liffey Valley) and also my daughter's house (less than half a mile away). When my wife visits she stay at the hotel as well and finds the airport flybus excellent as well. They only thing I was disappointed with was that breaskfast wasn't served until 7am and I had to leave the hotel shortly after 6am to catch my ferry. No doubt you must have other guests having to leave early to catch flights or ferries?
