Closeness to shopping. There was no air conditioning in our room on the 4th floor. The weather was very humid and the room was extremely warm. It was difficult to sleep with the heat and the window did not open much. |

Good value and convenient for a city break. Slightly disorganised on Sunday morning at breakfast, appeared to be caught out by number of guests turning up at the one time. |

It was very close to shopping and easy to get to city for us The rooms were only ok. The hotel in general was not very tidy, staff did not seem to want to help customers. |

Friendly, attentive staff. Especially the breakfast shift. One room in our group was upgraded to 'penthouse' suite f.o.c. A few niggles: Two light bulbs out in our room. No air conditioning. Maybe not the hotel's fault, but one evening we noticed a couple of local 'hoodies' inspecting vehicles in the reception car park. As everywhere else, ensure valuables are locked away out of sight! |

Location, Price, Large comfortable room with all the facilities you would expect in a 4 star establishment. Breakfast a bit expensive - then the room was reasonably price so they have to get you somehow.!!! |

It was relaxing after a busy day. When in the bistro having two TVs showing a soccer match when I would have enjoyed some quiet time. By all means have it in the outside bar but give people a choice. Most people inside were not looking at it. |

The Kudos rest was lovely. The beers was cold and nice. Staff needed to pay a little more attantion to customers rather than talking amoungst themselves. That was the bar staff that is the rest staff were great, expecially the Japanese lady. the lack of cakes and biscuits on show for a quick coffee break |
