Staff were all very helpful and friendly
The breakfast area in the morning was unorganised seating wasn't great and we were waiting for awhile before being seated at the bar! Which I didn't like
Hotel room very clean
All lifts to go close to reception from all floors.
Excellent value for money, good location. Clean & comfortable.
Shower wasn't working properly.
Food staff room comfort Christmas atmosphere
state of carpets in hallways and especially on the stairs very badly worn and dirty in places
Perfect hotel for families with young children.
Full of young children, may be too chaotic for those travelling without children!
Handy location for local bus system Hopper Bus great for Airport access
Not a B&B situation as is normal in UK (but we understand this Is common in Eire ) IN house food costs a little pricey!!
small bottle of water on floor 2 € 2:00 ,,
This is a lovely hotel for families with good facilities. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but also easily accessible. The bar food is amazing and the local Irish girls working in the hotel can't do enough to help.
Some staff do not have a very good level of the English (or Irish) language which is not useful when guests are asking for assistance.
Friendly staff. Lovely relaxing restaurant, with good food.
Gym not open at advertised time in morning.... Very frustrating. Bed not very comfortable.
Everything. Easy parking, would be better if it is free. Nice breakfast. Convenience of shopping. Value for money.
Staff very friendly and helpful Late night bar was good to come back to after our evening out, however not much atmosphere, no music in background. Requested upgrade and got a lovely apartment which we were very happy about
There were holes in the wall above our pillows and also a few of the lights in the room didnt work. Apart from that all good
Noise all night, got no sleep, terrible service in restaurant, when we complained at checkout manager got back to us offering upgrade at next visit to hotel, not impressed with his offer, don't think we will be going back there.
the shower the staff were very unhelpful when asked 3 times about not being able to close the balcony door.on our last nite we had to be up early for our flight didn't get any sleep at all because of the peoplr in the next room & people/children up & down the corridor shouting and running
Room and location. Staff were nice but very over worked
Breakfast service was exceptionally poor. Queues jumped and staff could not handle volume or turnaround. No decent lounge to relax and enjoy a drink.
Room was well equipped, good bed.
GPS coordinates were totally false. I was put on a rural road 35 km. away from the hotel! Up on arrival they said it was a mistake from booking.com The night manager was the only one who did really listen and promised to investigate. Shower very small Wifi not that good
Gym equipment is showing a lot of wear and needs updating, especially bikes. Small children taking up the pool in the morning was unexpected. Bed was uncomfortable. Didn't seem to have the option of room service breakfast as their was no card on the door and it was too late to contact reception. The need to validate the carpark ticket is ridiculous and should be more clear prior to booking as we got stuck in a line of cars at the barrier and reception were unable to help resolve the problem.
Children liked the food and beds. Enjoyed the play areas and pool.
Didnt like having to queue for breakfast but the table and the food was great
very friendly staff. superb breakfast every morning.
the childrens swimming pool was a bit colder than the big pool.
everything about the hotel was excellent. i had the time of my life staying there
there's nothing to dislike about clarion hotel
Lovely room, staff very friendly, food good.
Going home. Bit far from city centre.
Loved the location & the great buzz of people enjoying the hotel facilities.
Sound proofing between rooms is awful, can hear conversations in the next room. Not good when trying to get a nights sleep. Delays in checking in due to volume of guest & lack of staff. My check was not handled professionally, chatted to a work colleague while processing my check in. Very poor customer care experience. The gentleman who handled my check out was very abrupt in his manner and handed me a pre-paid car parking ticket without even asking if I had already received one - no customer engagement!
I liked everything about this hotel my 2 sisters stayed with me and we all felt the same about this hotel will definitely visit again 100% Thank you
Everything was perfect
Car park charges
Room was very warm,no a/c to control room temperature.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel especially good for the children lots for them to do. Really enjoyed our stay and will return.
