We definitely enjoyed have the spacious living room and the kitchen. They were also accomodating with the children's cot when there was a confusion over the booking of our room. The booking / cancelation process was not communicated clearly and we tried to cancel for one night and didn't think we had that option, so we came into town only to learn they had concelled our room anyway. It was a nightmare. Also, the rooms were small for the price paid. The spacious living room could be better situated with some of that space given to the bedrooms. |

The location of this accommodation is excellent, perfect for a shopping weekend or quick stay in Dublin. Also very very quiet location, which meant a good night sleep but close enough to all the action. I would definetly stay here again. My credit card didn't work when I booked in, so I paid in cash. The receptionist asked me for a deposit, so I gave her €50. I have never come accross this, especially as she had my credit card number and I paid in cash. I ahd never seen this before and was a bit surprised. |

The location is excellent and the car parking is good. The rooms are a good size We stayed on the top floor facing Leeson Street so there is road noise all night. We had to leave the windows open becuse there is no other ventilation and even with the windows open the room was quite stuffy.I would only stay in this hotel again with a back room and not on the top floor |

The professional. friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness and quality of the room and range of room facilities, the location in Dublin especially the ease of getting from the airport and no concern about walking about at night (as single females) and being able to walk to all the main areas of Dublin. |

A fabulous choice for those who don't like being stuck in a single hotel room. This suite was excellent, separate living area with kitchen, TV etc and separate bedroom and bathroom. High quality and would definitely be back. The added bonus of help yourself coffee all day and breakfast pastries was fantastic. The rooms could do with a lick of paint and some modern curtains/blinds. The net curtain under the dowdy curtains let the place down. Otherwise everything was great. |

The location. Rooms were nice and linen etcetera of high quality. The ease of booking and simplicity of booking systems. The helpful staff and ready response to requests. The impression was of initial high quality rooms that had not been maintained.eg wobbly tap/ leak from the bath / rooms a little sterile/ equipment in kitchen not adequate for cooking in room. |

The location was perfect and within walking distance of most of the places we wished to visit The bathroom was far too small and cramped and the shower cubicle in the ensuite was absolutely tiny |
