Clean and spacious apartment, good service and all conveniences close by
It was a lovely place to stay warm and cosy home from home.So close to grafton street which was great. The girl at the reception was very nice to us the next morning.
We arraived late, did not like the fact there was nobody at reception. Never left us a key to leave our car in carpark so we had to find somewhere else to park our car that night. They refunded us the money the next day but the hassle!
The room was big and comfortable with a great bed. The kitchenette gave us a bit of independence allowing us to eat breakfast when we liked.
Location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. Parking, WiFi, facilities, quality all excellent. Highly recommend. Will stay here again!
Location was great. Room was great except for the bed itself.
Bed was in great need of a new mattress. And it was short due to the position of the headboard, resulting in my feet sticking out at the end.
Super location, bus stops outside door, hop skip and jump to Stephens Green
Only the delph, next time I'll bring my own cups and mugs
location, staff, cleanliness, space, the apartment was clean and bright, so brilliantly heated, we turned it off most of the time. The housekeeping staff were delightful. We requested a clothes horse to dry washing and was promptly supplied. Very secure, and a brilliant location for us.
more towels, but the staff provided. A couple of more cleaning utensils and the dishwasher did not work so well. As mentioned in other posts, the WiFi was dubious. Some cooking basics - salt and pepper would have been great.
Very friendly reception staff with broad knowledge of Dublin and its attractions.
Our kitchen bin wasn't emptied form the previous guests and through the duration of our stay. There was wifi and apple device compatability issues.
Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Kitchen/living area was great - especially the extras like the fire and i-pod docking station! Would definitely go back!
We phoned a central number beforehand and that person was not very friendly and told us that there were probably no apartments available in that complex even though we had received our booking confirmation at this stage!
Great place to stay for going out in city centre. Apartment was very spacious. Would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly
Our booking was upgraded to the penthouse apartment on aarrivalfree of charge. The suite was well decorated and furnished and the stay was very comfortable
I wish we were staying longer than one night!
Absolutely fab place to stay, centrally located, and facilities are excellent.
Hairdryer didn't work
We have a great time during our stay. Comfortable bed.staffs are friendly. The small kitchen is excellent. It has almost everything you will need to cook your own meal ( if you really want to).
The front entrance has only stairs, no ramp for buggy/ wheelchair. Something that should be noted if you need to use any of these.
Location, room and staff
Nothing not to like
Stayed here night before the marathon and had the most pleasant, relaxed night sleep in weeks... Only two min walk from the starting line of marathon!
Upgraded our room, fantastic facilities, super friendly staff, Immaculately clean, brilliant location , had a magnificent stay here and would highly recommend
Stayed here in August couldn't have been happier the apartment was beautiful and in a good location couldn't fault it
Our stay at this property was very good. I typically like to find apartments/self catering places whenever I travel because I like the option of eating in, having a bit more space and being able to do a couple of loads of laundry so that I can pack lighter. The Premier Suites met all of these needs at a reasonable price - not really a budget option, but certainly competitive with a very nice hotel. The folks at the reception were very helpful and provided us a very good overview of where we were and what was around. They mapped out restaurants, grocery stores, and where the primary sights were. In the lobby, there was a very nice Nespresso machine in the lobby for coffee for our use. The apartment itself consisted of 3 rooms plus a foyer. The bedroom had two comfortable twin beds, while the main living space was a large area consisting of the living area, the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen was reasonably well-equipped and the living area had a TV, desk and sofa & chair. The 3rd room was the bathroom, which was reasonably sized. I used the washer/dryer combination several times (our stay in Dublin was at the end of our trip) and, while it only took small loads, it worked well. We cooked in the room a couple of times and generally ate our breakfast in the apartment before heading out. The reception area closed in the evening, but we were given a security code in order to get in the outside doors - we had no problem with the access. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would rate it a "very good" value. The location was excellent and a good jumping off point for seeing all of the sights in and around Dublin.
After the reception closed in the evening, the Nespresso machine could no longer be used - not sure why they didn't leave it on/accessible. Kitchen could have used a couple of things - larger pot (made pasta one night), and some rudimentary supplies, e.g. salt/pepper, oil.
Central location, great room facilities. Great staff
Steps at door , difficult to get pram up
The location is great and apartment is near to the city center. The apartment had all the facilities and it was clean. Would recommend it and visit again.
The apartment was located on a very busy street and you can't open the windows because of the noise. There was no air conditioner, luckily there was a fan, otherwise the sleeping would be very difficult. The wifi was awful - it just didn't work.
Easy to miss when arriving by car. NO parking in front of the facility and without the instructions and codes given no chance to find and to get into the very tight underground parking.
Location, parking (e10), comfort
Great location lovely spacious apartment good facilities would recommend it
location good facilities
no air conditioning
Lovely, extremely helpful staff. Apartments were clean, modern and had everything you would need. Very comfortable bed. Just like what you would expect from a 4* hotel but with the added bonus of having extra space i.e. the living room and kitchenette. Location was great. Located 1 minute from the back gates of Stephen's Green and approx 5 minute walk to Grafton St. and Baggot Street. I will definitely return.
