The size of the suite was terrific plus the food in the restaurant was excellent. Proximity to Thomond Park a bonus plus the Munster Supporters Bar next door was the icing on the cake. |

The location was perfect even though we had a designated driver as it would be a little far to walk into town - taxi's were readily available though. Pub located beside the suites was great also - good atmosphere there. Gym had very little equipment but in saying that there was nobody down there on both occasions while I was there so i suppose it's not used that often. The corridor leading us to the room was freezing but didn't spend much time there just going to and from the room. Heading to the gym is a little dark and dreary but was fine. |

As my stay was for business purposes found the room ideal given its size and space to conduct business via computer whilst at the same time relaxing using room faclities in preparing meals so as not to distract myself from the business at hand. |

The Hotel was very nice and any of the staff we met were very friendly. We liked the idea of the suites as we never stayed in a hotel like that before. We will be back. ( We had stayed there before when it was Ryans) |

The staff and service My husband ordered bucks fizz for the morning of my birthday but they did not appear. He mentionned this at the evening and the staff arranged for a whole bottle of proseco instead so although there was an error in communication the staff that dealt with it dealt with it superbly. |

We got so much space for such a small price, it was like renting a flat for the weekend! Staff were so helpful, it was a great place to unwind for the weekend... |

Our suite was large and welll-equipped. We were next to the elevator, and we feared it might be noisy, but we heard no noise from outside the room. The doors seemed a bit institutional. They were large, heavy, metal doors. The bathroom door would close with a loud clunk unless propped open with doorstop. There were a few stains on the furniture in the lounge. It was otherwise comfortable. |

The space of the dining room was great, the location and area from town was also great The fact there was only one bathroom to facilitate 5 people even though there was two bedrooms and the entire suite needed to be painted and carpets throughly cleaned to give the appartment a face lift. |

I loved the suites ... very comfortable and spacious . The bed was really comfy. Think it was my first time ever to stay in a hotel where I felt the bed was as comfortable as my own. I loved the the fact that you use a duvet and not the sheet / blanket combo. Also there were plenty of towels which can often be lacking in other hotels. The only thing I felt that was missing was the slippers / bathrobe combo to make a pure chilling out relaxing environment. But that is no big deal . |

The suite was very spacious and warm with a small kitchenette. It was cleaned every day. The plumbing for the heating system was a little bit loud sometimes. |
