The beds are the most comfortable ever! Rooms are spacious & staff are very friendly. Only thing that let hotel down was the restaurant-staff not that friendly & do not bother to try deviate off menu ie no salad dressing, it will still come with everything on it. Felt it was already pre-made @ not cooked to order. Shame as this the only fault from making this hotel perfect.

Great location on the outer Galway city road network for fast access to all parts of the city and county, including a regular bus service serving the city. Hotel and rooms are decorated to a high standard. Large, comfortable family rooms, and friendly efficient staff. The standard of cleanliness of common areas and outer glass had fallen since a visit earlier in the year. The restaurant lacks character.

I chose this hotel because of it reputation and location. I requested an early check in and the reception staff did everything they could to accommodate my request. The staff member at reception who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious and clean. A great selection of tv channels were available and free internet. ( a lot more hotels should offer free wi-fi.!!!) The bathroom was spacious and it had a brilliant shower. I did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. Overall a very good hotel that I would recommend.

Excellent hotel for business stay near Galway industrial areas. Large room, beds very comfy, broadband wired but free access and decent speeds for email/general usage. Pool was good to have, quite narrow but good for lane swimming and was never very busy. You are meant to wear swimming cap, which I have come across before in Ireland. Bar food good, reasonably priced and good selection, Sky sports on tv in bar so something to watch if you are there on your own.

The staff and the ease of getting to my client. The internet is one of the fastest I have ever had at a hotel I never did figure out the hvac. There were some plumbing problems that sppeared to being dealt with.

The room was very comfortable.I Had booked a single room and was given a family room. The rain shower was lovely. Stephanie at reception was very helpful and welcoming. The dinming room was closed. My meal in the bar was not great. The corn fed chicken was not available. I settled for a regular breast of chicken. I requested chips but it came on a bed of very buttery mashed potato. I had to remind them of the chips. The dessert was disappointing - not homemade. Breakfast was poor compared to a 3star hotel in Brussels which I visited recently ( it cost 70Euro for a twin room and the continental breakfast was the best I have ever encountered). It was also booked through booking.com. The changing rooms smelt very damp and musty. I did not use the small swimming pool as a result.

Modern and clean with attractive decor You'd need a sat nav to negotiate your way around it, especially if your room is the the annexe — where many of the bedrooms are, in fact, located. The lift in the annexe does not serve the main body of the hotel. Access is well hidden(!) and there are no signs to indicate how to get to the Reception area. Fine for a treasure hunt but not so fine if you're in a hurry to exit the hotel or get to reception. There is no access to the Car Park and getting to the dining room involves taking the lift, negotiating a labyrinth of corridors (with the Access doors easily missed) crossing reception and going up another flight of stairs beyond reception. Convenient and well designed it ain't! There was no offer to take our bags to our room and given the distance from Reception this should, in my opinion, be the default action.

The staff were lovely very helpful and you felt they were sincere in their wish to help. I have stayed in many hotels but I have to say your staff were wonderful and based on that alone I would love to come back for a longer stay. We had an emergency trip to visit my mum in hospital and having such a lovely experience in your hotel helped. Thank you all so much Angela

The Hotel was very clean and Modern , the staff were very helpful and friendly. great location for Galway Races. The room we had was facing the main road and was a bit noisey, not too bad though. Taxi fare to city centre was a bit expensive . We booked 2 nights B&B + 1 Dinner. We feel the selection on the Dinner menu was a bit limited.

Beds were soooo comfortable - it was like sleeping in a cloud. Choice of food for breakfast was good, would highly recommend the porridge - yum. Enjoyed the Irish music entertainment on the saturday night. Bus to city centre was located outside the door of the hotel and was frequent. When we first arrived our rooms (x 2) were freezing cold. We attempted to adjust the air conditioning but this did not work, then one of the staff had a try but still no luck. However, at this point we were given two new rooms without any quibble - the new rooms were toasty warm. Also quite cold in the lobby area of the hotel - this would not normally be a problem except that this was where the toilets for the bar were located.
