It was nice that it was that bit out from the city and the buss stopped just at hotel , Our room was nice and quite on the fourth floor . the leisure centre was disapointing and the food was bad !There was only bar food because the resturant was closed . |

The staff were very friendly. There was a relaxed atmosphere to the hotel which was good.Although it wasn't situated as close to the city centre as we would have liked, it was right accross the road from a Dunnes Stores which was very handy. It was easy enough to find too.The rooms were nicely decorated and overall it was a very good hotel. We would definetely visit again. At night the room got very warm and the duvets were very heavy which was a bit irritating. On the second night we also noticed that there was a very annoying noise coming from outside we then realised that it was a draft coming from the window which musn't have been sealed properly. After the first day we had also left the sign on the door for the room to be made up and we had left the hotel at 10am and come back to the hotel at 5pm to see that the room was the same as we had left it.A lady then came to the room at 6pm to clean. As we were then getting ready to go out again we just left it as we weren't ready and wouldn't have wanted to be in the way while she was cleaning.Although these were very minor problems. |

Hotel was fantastic, we got a free upgrade to the executive floor as we were on a mini-honeymoon. Room was outstanding with private balcony. Staff were welcoming and very professional. Location is good Galway city center six minutes drive away. The only thing we didn't like was the food, the breakfast was ok but we had a meal for two included in our package and it was terrible. We had to go to a fast food joint after it as we hardly ate anything. This was a real let down and not up to the standard of a 4* hotel. |

The staff were friendly. Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Very impressed. The hotel in general was very warm especially the room. The air conditioning help but was very noisy to sleep with at night. However this was a minor thing. |

Generally the hotel was excellent, but the breakfast and dinner service were way below what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. We waited 30 mins to be seated on our first morning! The staff were so busy that it was next to impossible to get their attention for tea, toast etc. This was replicated at every sitting during our stay. |

The staff were excellent with nice facilities In the room next door to us there were kids which seemed to be in the room on their own. Every morning for the three nights they would wake up at about eight and were very very noisy often screaming at the top of their voices playing with each other which meant little or no ly on! You could hear the door knock and adults enter their room and the noise stopped as they probably all left the room |

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent selection for breakfast. Easy access to town centre. Breakfast should be included in room price. |

The room was huge and very spacious. The bar and restaurant were very nice and food was good. The walls are like paper, very poor insulation, could hear everting from nextdoor. Our room faced the main road and traffic very noisey at night, could slewp with window open and AC very loud. Staff not friendly or helpful. Pool is tiny and closed during the day. |

Everything about the hotel was excellent, room was very nice and the food was great. Good parking facilities and the pool was a nice option if you fancied it. The hotel bar seemed a bit pricey as is the case in the South of Ireland |

The bedroom was fantastic, very modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor of the hotel is fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed there during the Galway races and the entertainment they provided was excellent! I was very disappointed about the opening times of the leisure centre. We arrived at 12.00pm hoping to go for a swim to relax in afternoon before we went to the races but the leisure centre did not open until 4 o clock so we could not go. For such a high standard hotel, I really think this is ridiculous and for the price we paid for the stay. |

The standard of service was excellent. From check in and throughout our stay the staff couldn't do enough for us. the food was fabulous and the service in the bar was fast. the room was spotless, modern, comfortable and spacious. We were attending a wedding and we felt the rate was very good value for a Galway city hotel. €5.00 for every drink at the bar during the wedding was a bit steep, i know it is generally more expensive at a wedding but €15.00 for 2 pints and a bottle of lager was a bit much. |

accommodation, breakfast, location, car parking and the overall spaciousness and location were good, as well as value for money. We had dinner in the bar and were disappointed with the quality - my deep fried plaice was served totally overcooked and this was so obvious visually that the kitchen had to be indifferent, my wife found her chicken very so-so also. |

The Bar Food was excellent and the service for the evening meal in the bar was excellent . The receptionist was very friendly and very helpfull eg arranging a taxi very quickly . The breakfast was very good The room was very warm, the A/C did not seem to cool it down enough, maybe if there was a topsheet available in the room to replace the duvet if necessary. The weather was very hot at the time of our stay |
