Clayton Hotel

staff were excellent and the rooms were huge and really nice

pool was small but it didnt bother us coz they'd a lovely steam room and sauna

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly

The internet was not compatible with my computer. Also the bedsheets and duvet cover were dirty from the previous residents and when we asked for cleen sheets we were only delivered the bed sheet itself and had to change it ourselves.

The quality of the room and hotel buildings and the helpfullness of the staff on the reception desk.

The Bistro bar eating area was very busy and initially it was difficult to get the attention of the waiting staff but once achieved the service was good.

I liked the decor, the food and the location

Staff were v ery pleasant and helpful particularly reception staff I dealt with. Food was lexcellent and general facilities very good.

Room had connecting doors to another room. Staff informed me that all the rooms had this. However the sound proofing was atrocious and I could clearly hear everything going on in room next door. Also lighting was bad in the room..I like to read in bed and there was no reading light.

The staff was extremely friendly and and courteous; the hotel was clean and bright and had good food served in the bar. The room service was excellent.

We sought extra lighting to enable us to do some reading as the room lighting was sparce. Unfortunately we were not provided with any extra lighting as we were told it was not 'in keeping with the mood of the room'. We asked if there was a library area for reading but was told there was none. This and the absence of a continental type breakfast were the only disappointments in the three day stay'

music should be played in the basement where the pool is.

Hotel was warm and friendly.Beauty salon was also very good. near to city would stay again.

Breakfast was really great.All you can eat buffet. Staff at check-in and throughout stay were friendly and helpful. Dining in the the restaurant was very enjoyable and the food was delicious.

I liked the room facilities and the comfort of the room, the hotel is lovely, very modern and very clean, the parking was facility was great, and the bistro food was very nice.

the hotel was really nice, but one thing let it down a lot, we booked a meal in the hotel resturant for Valentines night, the service was very poor, the food was not great, as it was Valentines night, it was not very romantic at all... i was not at all happy with the service in the resturant.. but the rest of my stay was very nice... it was just a pity that it was let down by this...
