Clayton Hotel    

I liked the fact that the room was a proper sized family room and not 4 of us squashed in a normal sized room, also the kids loved loved turning the TV around.

The Staff were extremely, nice and helpfull, especially the reception staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even provided me and my young daughter with dressing gowns for convenience to go Swimming. Will definitely be back.

Rooms were really nice and spacious. staff were really lovely and from the lady at reception to a member of housekeeping they all greeted us with a smile and asked if we were ok....that was nice. checkout was just so easy and no delay.

We were attending a wedding.Food lovely.Room was gorgeous, very warm and comfortable bed. Shower excellent. Tea/Coffee facilities. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks everyone!

Probably the cleanest and most comfortable accommodation we have stayed in while touring the united kingdom, the bed was extremly comfortable ,the full irish breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant had exellent food at a reasonable price ,chris and gladys lynch new zealand

Staff and rooms where great

Value for money in the restaurant,, food wasn't great, think cause these was a wedding on at the same time, we didn't get good quality dinner!!!, breakfast was much better

Gents toilet by reception/bar was smelly.

The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpfull.The room was lovely with everything you could possibly need.We were guests at a wedding in the hotel and the meal was exceptional and service great.a real achievement considering there was 360 guests.

Comfortable room with very comfortable beds. Nice location just a ~5 min. drive from the city center. Lots of parking with underground parking, Free wi-fi. Free tea and coffee in the room.

We stayed in the 3rd floor and we could hear the dance music from the wedding reception in the first floor... at 2:00 am. Not good at all.

Staff at reception were very friendly, location is good once you have a car.

Room service menu was poor after 2100. It was very noise as the room was attached to a family room so we could hear everything.

Bedrooms were really nice ,of a very high standard for a standard room.

Food was not that good ,breakfast buffet had everything you could want but the cooked food was not that good .

The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay. There was a wedding on the same night but at no stage did we feel inconvenienced in any way. Noise was not an issue.

Likely everything very good fine hotel it was idea place if u were flying out from Galway airport and got to check out at 2pm not 12 pm special tanx for that Valerie

Is was a bit out from centre of Galway but there was taxi waiting to bring into Galway city so u are not waiting long

the staff were lovely, so polite and prompt and excellent at their job.
