Het ontbijtbuffet was fantastisch. Verse zalm, English Breakfast, geweldige smoothies en tot 10.30! Daarnaast was het zwembad ideaal voor een lekkere zwemtraining - eindelijk weer eens een zwembad dat langer is dan een 12 meter poedelbad. Ook de fitnessapparatuur was is goede staat. Hotel lag lekker dicht bij de luchthaven. Wij hadden gedacht dat het hotel dichter bij het centrum zou zijn, dat was niet het geval, helaas. We moesten een taxi nemen naar het centrum, zo'n 15 euro heen en 15 euro terug... Staat niet duidelijk op jullie site :( |

accommodation, breakfast, location, car parking and the overall spaciousness and location were good, as well as value for money. We had dinner in the bar and were disappointed with the quality - my deep fried plaice was served totally overcooked and this was so obvious visually that the kitchen had to be indifferent, my wife found her chicken very so-so also. |

The Bar Food was excellent and the service for the evening meal in the bar was excellent . The receptionist was very friendly and very helpfull eg arranging a taxi very quickly . The breakfast was very good The room was very warm, the A/C did not seem to cool it down enough, maybe if there was a topsheet available in the room to replace the duvet if necessary. The weather was very hot at the time of our stay |

staff were excellent and the rooms were huge and really nice pool was small but it didnt bother us coz they'd a lovely steam room and sauna |

The food in the restaurant was beautiful and class quality. In the bar they were very slow in serving food that we had to go to the bar and order or meal there. Not good service in bistro. Waiting 25 mins for dessert menu to arrive. Also near a very busy dual carriage way that you could hear all the transport on the road from your room. very noisy. |

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly The internet was not compatible with my computer. Also the bedsheets and duvet cover were dirty from the previous residents and when we asked for cleen sheets we were only delivered the bed sheet itself and had to change it ourselves. |

Convenient for access to city, very comfortable beds, good choice of buffet breakfast, very friendly reception staff, bus stop outside front of hotel was really handy and saved on taxi fares We had a "very noisey" couple in next room and found the noise insullation between rooms poor. We mentioned this on check out and the staff kindly allowed a credit against our bill. |

The quality of the room and hotel buildings and the helpfullness of the staff on the reception desk. The Bistro bar eating area was very busy and initially it was difficult to get the attention of the waiting staff but once achieved the service was good. |

Staff were v ery pleasant and helpful particularly reception staff I dealt with. Food was lexcellent and general facilities very good. Room had connecting doors to another room. Staff informed me that all the rooms had this. However the sound proofing was atrocious and I could clearly hear everything going on in room next door. Also lighting was bad in the room..I like to read in bed and there was no reading light. |

My wife and myself spent one night in the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The welcome was warm, the room was perfect, air conditioning, broadband connection for my laptop, interactive TV and more.The meals were excellent. We had a great dinner, very reasonably priced and were served by a most pleasant and efficient young man. The buffet breakfast was everything a breakfast should be. |

The staff was extremely friendly and and courteous; the hotel was clean and bright and had good food served in the bar. The room service was excellent. We sought extra lighting to enable us to do some reading as the room lighting was sparce. Unfortunately we were not provided with any extra lighting as we were told it was not 'in keeping with the mood of the room'. We asked if there was a library area for reading but was told there was none. This and the absence of a continental type breakfast were the only disappointments in the three day stay' |
