I've stayed at the clayton numerous times, im not sure what it is but i love staying there. there is no abundance of staff yet everthing is there at hand in a friendly manner including the owner who indeed is a very plesant man. No water in the rooms. |

The size of the room was very nice. The staff and service was excellent.The food and drink was great too. If I was honest i didn't understand the leisure areas opening times. I was disappointed to find it closed shortly after breakfast one morning. |

The staff were very nice, especially the reception Staff. will definetly recommend your hotel. I had a small issue with early accommodation staff, but was handled by a professional receptionst. I'm sorry i don't know her name personally. |

The room itself was very comfortable It is stated on claytons website, that the hotel was 2km away from the citycenter, this seemed inaccurate when travelling to and from the citycenter. They also stated there was free internet connections in each room, ours wasnt working, after requesting for help, it still didnt work |

We stayed in an executive room which was first rate and excellent value for money. The room service breakfast was prompt, hot and well presented. On arrival, we were allocated an executive room which overlooked the dual carriageway - noise levels were similar to Formula One!! Fortunately another room was available in a quieter location. |

staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating....room was very clean and comfortable... great attention to detail....worthy of each of its four stars..... breakfast top notch....definitely recommend this hotel its a drive to the city center but nothing that a late night taxi couldnt solve :) |
