It was hard to find. Address that was given sent us to another location. But once we found it we were happy.
Our bedroom was beautiful. The beds were terrific. Best of our entire trip to Ireland and France. It was a bit hard to find. Our map sent us to a wrong location. It was minutes away from downtown.
Noisy apartment - could hear traffic from street. Had a problem with water pressure which got fixed but hot water lasted less than 5 minutes. Apartment was across the road from hotel and on the third floor with no elevator.
Close to town.
Couldn't get wifi on tablet - only had milk first day only
The apartments are on 4th floor without stairs. I was fully aware of this but everybody booking should note this.
Spotless cleaning on every corner (from bathroom to kitchen). Beds and coach-bed in living room were both lovely conformtable.
There was no cot for our baby, even though they were expecting a baby, so he had to sleep in our bed with us. Also no high chair for breakfast. Overall place was too small for children/buggies etc and too many stairs. Cooked breakfast was okay but slow - only one girl on to take orders, clean up and cook! They ran out of pastries twice while we were there, which is what the kids wanted to eat. No suitable cereal for my baby to eat.
Beds were very comfortable and free wifi was very handy. Location was great!
Not for the mobility-challenged, our apartment was up 3 flights of slightly uneven carpeted stairs.
Our apartment had been completely refurbished with new paint, appliance, fixtures, etc. Previous reviewers mentioned a lack of hot water and/or water pressure, but we were completely satisfied with the showers.
A bit expensive for a B&B hotel.
Comfortable beds. Friendly staff at reception. Good location
No breakfast until 8 am as we had to be out for 8 this was inconvenient for us. Back entrance very grotty Difficult to park
Rooms excellent and comfortable
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly / helpful staff, good room facilities and very central location.
hard to get the temperature cool down in the room
nice staff good location
Single room,sink in the room,none in bathroom.booked late,so expensive,definitely not worth the money spent(200pounds 2 nights)
Clean,24hr reception,comfortable bed,great Wifi connection,coffee&tea making facilities
The shower had no power. It was my only fault with the hotel.
I really liked the cleanliness.
We were a group of 7. We rented both the apartments. We had a problem with the hot water to the point that 3 girls were unable to have a hot shower the whole holiday. Obviously this is unacceptable. We did complain and got €100 euro refunded however exchanged into GBP that was £24 for the 3 girls each refunded from a €590 apartment which we did not find acceptable to be honest. There were a couple of other issues such as a maintenance man going in to put up a unit whilst the apartment was occupied. Again unacceptable when there is 3 young girls trying to get ready to go out after having a cold shower or not showering at all. We spent €1200 in total on our stay and 3 of the girls did not have a good time of it. Can't fault the kind staff or the cleanliness of the apartments but we were disappointed in the amount they decided as a fair deal to refund us.
Modern and clean apartments, great location very central
Loved this hotel staff very friendly and helpful not to far from cc
Check in was not till 4pm, found it to be quite a long time to wait but I did get in earlier thanks to staff helping out !
the room for a single had all the needs and was very comfortable, nice gifts in room for guests and bed was just amazing best nights sleep had in ages!
I wish it was a cheaper
Close walk to O'Connell street and tourist attractions.
staff is not professional at all
Ground floor room beside reception, so some noise as guests came & went, could hear reception clearly. The bed was very firm & I personally prefer softer.
Located in heart of Dublin city centre and lovely room, facilities & friendly staff. Ample tea/coffee/toiletries as well as thoughtful additions of biscuits, sweets & bottled water.
Hot water was intermittent and towels had marks on but didn't spoil the stay
Spacious apartment, beds really comfy and kitchen fully kitted out which was great for self catering. The staff were really friendly and helpful too.
Everything was greate
Water pressure was so bad we couldn't really shower, each day it got worse. Hardly any hot water. Staff wouldn't give us extra linens when requested. Check in time in email said 14:00, we weren't allowed to check in until 16:00 and only because we showed up again and asked, otherwise our apartment wouldn't have been ready until even later.
Location was good, the apartment was clean and nice.
The lady could have been a bit more welcoming at reception
The room was actually really nice and bed was comfy And man at reception during the night(4 am on the 13th of march) when we got back was really nice not cranky at all even though it was late and we were prob a bit annoying
Shame I had a squeaky bed a
The owner made us feel like at home , gave us a free upgrade
noise from next room tv and children slamming doirs
Room was clean, bed was brilliant, one of the best nights sleep when noise stopped
