The absolutely central location
Location, friendliness and service
Location is great. Two pubs below the hotel which were good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was brilliant and only 6 euros for a fry up :) Fresh towels everyday.
The room was a bit grubby, not dirty, just dated but it was only somewhere to lay our heads at night so it was perfect for us :)
If ur looking for an early night then you might not like it here with a bar next door just a heads up
Everything booked two twin rooms months ago it took guy at reception thirty mins to check us in.smell of bleach in bedroom could not open bedroom window no remote controls in either rooms.awful stairs to climb to get to room.hotel ovet two bars on second nite all hell broke loose in early hours re anti social behaviour.overall if bookin.com are ratin this place as a hotel then sorry will not.be bookin thru this site again.
Staff were friendly very central dublin..loved the free wifi
We had a great stay . Staff were informative helpful and welcoming . Great location it was close to everything . The rooms were spacious and had lovely decor . We only stayed one night but we'll definitely be back again . I liked that if you booked in advance you would definitely get ur value for money.
The hall outside the rooms could you more brightly lit at night time
The bathroom was very small, so a bit unconfortable.
Cheap and cheerful - don't turn up expecting the Ritz but its clean, the staff are amazing and the bar underneath is fab!!
Love the location, I've stayed here before and found it great value for money
The shower was terrible, it was tiny and had shower CURTAINS that for some reason came INTO the shower when using it.

Small bathroom Room too hot
Staffs and manager were very kind !
rooms need a face lift.
Location. Staff. Tv.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Very small shower but is expected in most older places.
Location, Location, Location. Right in the centre of town 2 minutes from templebar there is no better location. The staff were friendly in the pub below and at reception.
Basic room but for the price I can not fault it.
The hotel is just round the corner from O'Connell st and is within walking distance of nearly all tourist spots. The room was clean and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The bathroom was a bit on the small side but was clean.
