Fittings in room could be updated as the let down an otherwise great place. I d paint all that ghastly brown furiniture!

excellent value value for money. cheap, clean hotel. staff were helpful and friendly. cleaned room everyday and provided fresh towels. location is fantastic, around the corner from the main shopping street and over the bridge from temple bar.

the bedroom was very dated with old net curtains, very dusty. the bed was very unconfirtable, it creaked. the shower was very poor pressure and very small. the handle on the door was so low i thought it was for a child to open. the stairs was very narrow in the hallway. staff very un friendly. the room was dirty. i will never stay here again.

The location was amazing for site seeing, shopping and for nights out. In particular one italian receptionist did everything to help us.

The best is the localization, it´s excellent. It´s easy to find and it´s a good value. Lo mejor que tiene es la localización, es tb. Fácil de encontrar y el precio es bueno. No es el mejor hotel pero para el precio que tiene y la localización esta aceptable para una o dos noches.

There aren´t any elevator and we stayed in the fourth floor. I don´t want to remember it. No había ascensor y estabamos en la cuarta planta! No quiero ni acordarme, las instalaciones eran bastante antiguas, pero aceptables. El baño tenias k usarlo con la puerta abierta porque era tremendamente incómodo estar dentro. No podía ser mas pequeño. Al irnos estuvimos 10 minutos esperando a alguien y llamando para dejarles las llaves.

Bed was a great size and extremely comfy. Staff was friendly. Location was good. Pub downstairs.

Structure, door handles/bathroom/room was small. You could here loud neighbors. No elevator if you have lots of luggage.

Perfect location for night life,

Room was very basic and small , in fact the whole room was in bad need of decorating, the room was completely unlevel, when you put a glass on one end of the dresser table it slid to the other end , felt we were in a carry on movie, but cause we were only staying one night and most of our time was going to be out of the room we didn't bother to complain about the run down condition of the room and tiny ensuite

It Was Right in The City Centre and Just Around The Corner from O Connell Street. It's 5 , 10 mins from the O2 and It's so handy for it because of my stay I was going to a concert that night and it was fair handy not getting taxis or buses. I would stay again in the future when I have something up in Dublin , I'm not from Dublin but I would recommend this Hotel to Anyone because it is a Good Value Hotel and In the Heart Of Dublin's City Centre.

There Wasn't anything wrong with the hotel , the staff were friendly and the rooms where nice to stay in and then there is the bar next door was very applying to walk into. I had a perfect stay and welcome again soon.

The staff down stairs in the pub were excellent and friendly. We really enjoyed the bars and the atmosphere and the friendliness of the the 2 bars down stairs and would definitely go back there again.

Would recommend the pub downstairs, but not the guesthouse

Really small rooms and restroom. Pub in the bottom of the hotel makes the wall vibrate and it is too noisy.

The concierge/reception staff were EXCELLENT. Really went out of their way to help and create a easy, comfortable, wonderful stay.

The bathroom was quite small, but perfectly suited to the value you get for the money you pay.
