Had all the facilities you wanted.Maybe a safe in the rooms would improve security
Breakfast was ok. Could improve with more variety.
The staff totally made me feel at home and went out of their way to please. They were friendly and very helpful.
I have stayed twice at the Bram Stoker and I love the place. It is quiet, it has a parking and the beds are ultra comfy. The staff are very nice. The common areas are lovely. It is an ideal place for people looking for somewhere quiet not far from central Dublin.
Staff friendliness Location
Mother not able to use shower as bath was too high to step into. No WiFi in bedroom ..only in bar
Very friendly staff. Good location.
Bathroom door would not close properly or lock at all. No staff about at night time, no receptionist.
Friendly service and very pleasant place to spend our last night in Ireland. Teriific location to get to airport. Loved the Gastropub!!
Very friendly staff
Staff couldn't have been nicer, room very clean and quiet. Food in evening delicious. We had a car and lovely seaside towns like Bray and Howth easy to get to for evenings walking along the prom..Easy access to nearby places like Wicklow- we visited Powerscourt and Glendalough -both absolutely beautiful. Also on direct bus route to city centre for Dublin .
Slight negative- car park very tight for space -We had a tiny hire car but it was tricky.. However the plus was a free car park.
Love the location and the walking area around this part of the city.
No working lift, poor tv reception, no internet in room.
Weather was hot and room window had very limited opening so room was hot and stuffy
The rooms were nice and big with plenty of space. The barman was very helpful at suggesting a drink to try and now me and my partner have found a new drink we love
When we went to look at the menu for food we were basically forced into staying. Then when we were given menus, after about maybe 2 minutes at most the waitress was wanting an order without giving us enough time to choose. The windows in the room didn't open more than a crack so no air got into the room Also the music playing in the restaurant/bar was extremely pretentious, and didn't suit the place at all
Great location clean friendly we really enjoyed our stay excellent bus service to city center from out side hotel.
Convenience to our family in Clontarf
I liked that the hotel was close to the ferry. I did not like that our room faced an apt with a barking dog. The hotel staff was spread pretty thin, but they were still helpful
I did not like that our room faced the back of the building with an apt with a barking dog.
The location, the service from staff & the food.
Little pricey on drinks & food
Everything was great! I'm recommending this place to everyone! If you want good sea view, great beer and food - it's your place to stay in Dublin
The staff was very nice. The hotel had a nice Ireland feel to it and had safe parking in back. The view of the water across the street was nice. We ate dinner here and since this was our first night in Ireland it was our 1st taste of pub/Irish food. It was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The tub was hard to get in and out of but then I realized it was probably set up for handicapped accessibility and so I recommend using the handrails.
Big room, comfy bed and fantastic view!
parking is a bit tricky if you have a large car
Close to city and very easy commute with regular public transport. Good meals available at hotel. friendly and very helpful staff
no wi-fi in room and unreliable in public areas.
We did a late booking at it was great
Food, room, beds all good as were the staff as usual.
