The overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The interior spaces of the hotel reception area and public spaces are beautiful, and the grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and well-mainted! The breakfast was convenient but needs improvement. The flow of guests to make their way around the tables filled with foods and drinks is crowded and ineffficient. |

The hotel was easily accessible at the end of the 130 bus line. It was well worth the trip to be in this beautiful quiet suburb of Dublin. The service was excellent. The room was lovely and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the sheets are rough and there is only a heavy comforter when I just needed a sheet for covers. I would go with a higher thread count sheets and put a top sheet on the bed along with a lighter comforter for summer. The shower was a bit complicated to figure out. Maybe some instructions would be good. |

the room was convenient and stylish, the birthday gesture that we received was so sweet! Great stay in an impressive location for a very acceptable price! during our stay there was a wedding going on, the music could be heard probably anywhere in the hotel. |

The first thing that strikes you is that it is gorgeous -- the new construction transitions so perfectly with the ancient walls of the castle that it's a perfect blend. Whoever the architect was deserves a top design award. Every detail was so well thought out. Nothing. We loved everything. |

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent. It is a bit away from city center, but bus travel is very easy and convenient. |

The bar was great, the beds were comfortable and the staff was great. Was hoping for a free place to use the internet either with our laptop or in the lobby. |

The renovation of the castle made the hotel unique and exciting, especially for our children. The bar and restaurant were lively and comfortable and the food was excellent. The distance from center city Dublin is about 20 -30 minutes by bus, but well worth it. The breakfast was very nice, but we only had breakfast there once as there was no price difference for children. |

Amazing the idea of an hotel that was a Castle. Everything was amazing, breakfast really good and full. Ottima l'idea di realizzare un hotel in un castello. Camere favolose, colazione consigliatissima, vera Full Irish breakfast, non ho cenato ma il ristorante è rinomato dalla guida michelin. Forse non mi aspettavo di vedere bambini...didn't expect to see kids... |

It was a very beautifull hotel. The staff was very friendly and me and my girlfriend loved the room. It was hard to find food. Maybe a sign in the morning afternoon and evening would help. |

I had two children with me, the staff in the restaurant were exceptionally child-friendly. The food was excellent. I had ordered room service for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was only luke-warm. The lady at reception desk when checking out was rude. |

The hotel lobby is very impressive as you enter the hotel. Our room was tastefully designed, immaculate, and very comfortable. Very good value for money. Breakfast was only average - self service a bit chaotic. So many people needing to toast their own bread really doesn't work. |

the building was beautiful. room was exquisite with a huge bed and tea and coffee facilities. in the evening the staff put loads of candles around the lobby and bar and so there was a lovely atmosphere. i really enjoyed my stay here the view from the room was to the back of hotel and it was overlooking about 10 wheelie bins and a grave yard! but really, how often do you look out the window! |

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Location was excellent - the bus stop is very near and it only took under 10 minutes to the city center by bus. You'll love this place! It took a few minutes to get warm water in the shower. That's the only slightly negative fact we have to say about this wonderful hotel. |

The atmosphere was very relaxed and sophisticated. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building's interior and exterior was stunning. Loved our stay and would certainly recommend. Only downside is, that it was a fair distance from the town - although the buses were extremely regular and cheap. Not really much of a complaint. |

Beautiful surroundings, great restaurants in the hotel, comfortable beds and access to public transport closeby. Also the TV on the room was great and a vault was present in the room in which I could fit my laptop. One very small remark would be that we had a room next to the elevators and you could sometimes hear them. |
