The location of the house was not ideal but it was easy to find since it was well signposted. The grounds and the views from the windows were beautiful. The house was spotlessly clean and the decor was very tasteful. The bedroom was large, giving three adults plenty of space to be very untidy!! The beds were comfortable. The side area included a settee and two armchairs and all the other facilities were much appreciated - iron/ ironing board, 42" TV, large en-suite with plenty of towels and toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities (and biscuits!), hair dryer, etc What was really appreciated was the unusual inclusion of a fridge stocked with milk, bottled water and soft drinks. All-in-all it was better than many of the hotel rooms I have stayed in. I was dubious about the free wi-fi, having had poor experiences with reception in many parts of Donegal before, but I was pleased to find I had no bother whatsoever with it. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide choice available. Sheila and George were extremely accommodating and friendly.
Having to leave! My daughter and I were made so welcome - it felt like we were part of George and Sheila's own family.
Such friendly and informative hosts! The decor was lovely, excellent quality of linens and toiletries. Spacious room, and the serenity of the views was delightful.
Hosts were first class, couldn't be more accomodating, room was beautiful, had everything including a stokced fridge, breakfast was just beautiful
EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO MAKE OUR STAY AS ENJOYABLE AS POSSIBLE. LARGE FAMILY ROOM WITH ARMCHAIRS AND COUCH. FRIDGE IN ROOM. ALL PERFECT
Me and my partner loved the welcoming hosts. B&b is easy to find thanks to signs. The house is beautifully decorated and feels so homely. Our room had everything we needed. Hairdryer, ironing board, fridge, big bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and made when we were ready so it was served fresh and hot. Thank you Sheila and George.
Wi-Fi free and available. Connection was a little difficult. Not the fault of the B&B: the area itself has a poor signal.
Room extremely comfortable. Breakfast wonderful.
The only thing I find and I find this with every guest house they give you a check out time which you know you have to be out by my pet hate is when 15 minutes before they are knocking your door saying check out in 15 mins it's like they want rid of you.
Lovely Guest house owners very friendly , we just stayed one night breakfast was excellent
No possible complaints I can think of
This is easily the best B&B i have ever been to. I had a family room for 7 nights. The room was very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped (42" TV screen), the bathroom very. clean and had great views to Lough Foyle . The breakfast was exceptional The hosts were/are lovely und always helpful I can't rate this high enough und would definitely book it agan.
The views were great from my room. The room was like a suite really spacious including the bathroom. The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect!
Loved the comfort and great location. Breakfast was delicious and even catered for gluten free :)great directions as well, easy to find
All of the above! I would recommend this B&B highly and look forward to staying here again!
Well equipped wide room with comfort bed. Hosts very pleasant and friendly. It was pleasure to stay
Despite the rural location the house is well signposted, very easy to find. We had a lovely overnight stay. Sheila and George are lovely hosts who seem genuinely interested in making sure their guests have a good stay. Our room was huge and well equipped, the bed very comfy. Everything about the house was clean and tidy. We had a great breakfast, and although we booked at very short notice they had good Gluen free options (cereals and bread). Grand looking guest lounge but as we were only there for one night we didn't use it. We would happily stay with Sheila and George again.
Beautiful house, clean, comfortable, huge breakfast, cooked fresh. Beautiful view of the ocean. Signs along the roads made it easy to find. George and Shiela make you feel like family. Highly recommend staying here. 10 out of 10.
Everything was amazing. If you're anywhere around the Inishowen Peninsula, stay there. The only suggestion we'd make is that they put specific directions and GPS coordinates on the website--booking.com's directions weren't helpful.
Everything was fantastic. Sheila and George were two of the most welcoming people we met on our trip. The house is gorgeous, and the view from it is even more spectacular. The full Irish breakfast is delicious, and after we ate, our hosts offered us suggestions where to go and directions to get there.
This B&B has to be amongst the top 10 in Ireland. Located high above Quigleys Point looking across Lough Swilly onto the Derry Coast, the quality of the house and decor is superb - absolutely faultless!! Breakfast was excellent. Ideal touring location with easy access to City of Derry & Northern Ireland. Very convenient for North Donegal.
Only thing we didnt like was having to leave lol! No complaints here! (Maybe a card payment option would be handy of you have spent all your money the night before lol)
The hosts were so attentive and could not have done anymore to make us feel so welcome Lovely warm rooms lots space and An excellent choice for breakfast and what amazing views to wake up to Definatly would reccomend this beautiful b&b
We loved it here. It was really comfortable and shiela and george were so friendly and welcoming we wont forget our trip x

Clean quiet luxurious premises comfortable bed, clean convenient ensuite shower, toilet and basin, hot water at all times, excellent comfortable bed, good clothes storage. Breakfast excellent with beautiful dining room. Did gluten free breakfast for me (advance notice given). Very attentive, kind and charming husband & wife proprietors.
The owners were eager to assist us in ny means and to make our stay - simply awesome
There was nothing to dislike.
Clean fresh tastefully decorated premises with an ocean view away from noise and traffic.Bedroom big and airy, bed very comfortable plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Bathroom ensuite convenient, clean and everything worked/functioned. Lots of towels, new towels daily. Excellent breakfast room with fruit cereal, brewed coffee and a cooked breakfast. I let Shiela and george know ahead of time that I only ate gluten free and they were able to accomodate my dietary needs - in fact went out of their way to make sure that I had the best of everything. The proprieters are a very warm helpful couple.
Beautiful home, location, food and people. Highly recommended!
Excellent everything. From food, to the very welcoming and polite couple from the house!
