Our stay was smoth running from booking in to booking out, all the staff were friendly and helpfull, the facillaties were good our children loved the pool and spa, we had a lovely meal in the resturant which was value for money, our breakfast was included in our price so it was well worth the amount we paid. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel.

staff had a great balance of friendly, helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Gym, pool etc was excellent. Bar food was good and a reasonable price. Room was a good size and a good standard of decor. Nice relaxed feel to hotel with bright modern and spacious layout. Couldnt fault the hotel or staff. Im a regular visitor to galway and this was the most enjoyable relaxing hotel stay ive had there and considering it was paddys weekend that was a nice suprise. Enjoyed my stay so much and felt so relaxed at the end of my stay i booked another 3 days at easter. genuinely cant fault the hotel for value, staff or quality so no negatives.

We've stayed here before and it was better than any other times- they've got new beds and it's so comfortable! The leisure centre is very nice and I would recommend this hotel. Not very close to the city centre or sea but we had a car. Wasn't fond of the menu so we didn't eat in the restaurant/bar.

Great value, food good, plenty of people around. Music on saturday night in the bar. Bus into town from outside the hotel. As soon as I opened the door the first thing I saw was a really filthy dirty carpet. I wanted to ask for a different room but my husband reminded me how little we had paid. A mini war took place in this room black beer stains all over the floor, cigarette burns but worst of all blood stains all the way to the bathroom floor. Walls were clean as if just painted, It was clear a few brats had wrecked this room but hotel really should' nt let anyone stay in room 134 until carpet is cleaned. I bought slippers for going to the loo during night. I would not walk in bare feet.

I thought the decor of the hotel was superb and very luxurious. The entertainment in the bar is also very impressive for a city hotel. The only thing I would say is I think the main reception of the hotel was a little under staffed at times and it took a little while longer than you'd expect for the phone to be answered. Apart from that everything was splendid.

The Clybaun Hotel was very reasonable to stay in and the bedrooms were quite spacious. The pool area was fantastic and the food in the bar was lovely also. We were extremely happy staying in the Hotel and will definately recommend to family and friends We found the restaurant in the Hotel lack variety in its menu. The bar menu was much better.

Price of the room was ok for 2 nights. Decent room and comfortable enough. The shower was leaking for my entire stay, thus had to make sure the toilet door was shut so that there would not be any noise. Kettle was also dirty and changed only after the first night. The receptionist did offer to change room but I was wondering why did they even offer me the room if it had such problems.

We arrived back to our room at about 3pm in the afternoon and the room had not be cleaned. And the next morning when we were due to check out at 12md a cleaner came to our room at 9.30am.
