Staff were very pleasant and helpful The hotel needed to be cleaned it looked a little bit shabby but you could tell that at one time it must have been lovely. We had to take the top bedspread off as it was stained and there was no head on shower fitment which was covered in limescale. We were only there two days but I would not have wanted to stay in the room any longer |

Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, easy accessibility to cite centre and salt hill. Nice spa facilities, bar and decent food in hotel bistro... Overall great stay!! |

The leisure centre, well equipped and maintained. Receptionist was efficient and helpful. Ample parking. price was cheaper than other hotels with similar facilities The whole hotel is in need of a good clean. Dirt on walls in bedrooms could easily be removed. Dining room walls and doors very grubby. Location is not ideal. In the midle of a residential area; quite difficult to find.I had a car so it was not a problem. |

No air conditioning and when you opened the window for air, you had noise of smokers standing outside chatting and laughing which I have no problem with as am a smoker myself but would have liked air-conditioning as it was very warm with 3 people in the room. |

A very good location, 2 minute drive to Salthill. Nice bar, friendly staff, pool is good, with outdoor hot tub! We only had one thin pillow each. We phoned reception from the room to request extra pillows but we never received them. |

The refurbished hotel looked well Staff very unprofessional, obvious they were seasonal staff with little or no training. Breakfast room layout very poor. Dinner only ok once again service very poor. |

During my stay at the hotel i found the leisure facilities very good and modern which appeals to all age groups. What i disliked about the hotel was that the bed linen in my room was torn at the bottom on both beds, the carpet was stained and out of the four nights i stayed in the hotel i only got one hot shower and had to take cold showers the remainder of my break. |

Hotel Clybaun was a good hotel to stay in. close to salthill and not that far from city centre. about 10 mins in a taxi. Facilities were good. evening meal was excellent. Breakfast was not that nice on any occassion compawred to evening meal. Toilet didnt flush properly. |

convenient and comfotable for business meetings. excellent and available pool and gym facilities. Easy parking and convenient to city and city facilities. Relaxed surroundings. I did not dislike anything about the hotel. We have no complaints from any of our three visits. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and big. I was disappointed at the rate we paid for the Clybaun during race week- we stayed there last year for much cheaper. Also there was no bar food being served apart from carvary when we were checking out of hotel. As we had missed breakfast this was disappointing! |

location was near salthill/devon fc which our son was attending. the first room we got the shower did not work,we were moved the following morning to another room but we we thought was very shabby looking,we only stayed for two nights and moving in too another rom was inconveinant for us. |
