The room was good, the leisure centre & swimming pool were really lovely and the outside hottub was pure luxury The radiator was turned off in our room and we didn't notice until evening so our room was a little cold but once the radiator was turned on it heated up quickly. Also the shower was only ok. |

Affordability. Also included access to swimming pool was a great bonus. Staff was friendly when asked for city directions. Only one pillow available for bed and it was hard and thin. |

The leisure facilities are marvellous.Great spacious foyer and relaxing areas on the ground floor. Very good bar food.I would recommend the hotel for those reasons. Car parking a plus. Hotel staff carried out their duties well, however I found the hotel lacking in friendliness/staff aloof/ Lacking in atmophere/No warmth from staff. Pre booked rooms should have heat turned on when Guests arrive.Needs better pillows/lacking in toiletries/breakfast poor. |

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and had a nice atmosphere at a reasonable price. The staff were pleasant and nice. The noise in the hotel corridors (possibly from cleaning staff) was increadibly intollerable from the early hours of the morning!! Both mornings we stayed!! |

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the bath and shower were great, the breakfast was nice. The tv did not work in the first room so we had to move. The second room then did not have a kettle so we had to request one. |

Despite it being in the middle of a housing estate it was surprisingly quiet, the local bus also takes you straight into Eyre Square for €1.90 and runs every half hour. The leisure facilities are good and we really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Staff were very nice and helpful. The bar was a little uninviting as it seemed to be always set for dinner. There was no where to sit and just have a quiet drink without feeling you should be having food. We ended up sitting in the lobby. Gas was off when we arrived so there was no hot water and when we went to get something to eat in the bar we could only have sandwiches which was not great. Breakfast was a little basic, the advertised Continental Breakfast was not really what we expected, just bread, a few basic tinned fruit and yoghurt. Vegetarians not catered for, and we had two with us. |

Good leisure facilities and very good value food and drink, basically a family pub within a hotel. Some safety concern and inconvenience with having a changing room upstairs from a swimming pool. |

i liked the relaxed atmosphere. I liked the leisure centre especially the hot tub and the breakfast was lovely. i didnt like the fact that we had no bath or proper shower but instead we had a shower head without the basin with just a drain... common use for elderly and invalid, didnt use this shower. Disapointing! |
