Hard to find for first time visited
Peace and quiet
Bathroom door needed fixing.Fan in bathroom was not working
bed was huge and so comfortable
Outdoor jacuzzi. Clean pool facilities
Bed was only ok, tv dated.
location...hotel lovely and warm..
was fine for €100 for 2 nights room only. Bit of a lifeless hotel. Staff polite without being overly helpful or friendly. Room was very basic. No heating so had to get a dimplex heater in the room.
Bit far from the city. Far from a luxury hotel but can't expect that for the price
Warm and welcoming. Very clean and staff was helpful. Food in bar was fab. Great for all ages.
Only thing I thought was not good enough especially for women with very young children was the stairs leading from the changing rooms to the swimming pool. Fear of slipping or falling down the stairs. Very inconvenient with small children. All changing rooms should be on pool level.
Cleanliness and excellent staff.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable for me.
Value for money Warm comfortable rooms
Location. Not far from city and bus stop right outside.
The outdoor tub, comfort of room, bus to city centre outside gate
A bit difficult to find the hotel
We liked the restaurant an the treatments
Good, clean comfortable hotel.Excellent pool and hot tub.
The reception staff who are not very friendly or welcoming.
Bar staff very friendly and really seemed to love the job, always smiling.
no bar food after 8.45 which is unlike other hotels ... as we were traveling a long distnce it would have been nice to have even being able to get a sandwich
Great hotel, will stay here again, excellent value
Excellent facilities. Great breakfast. Cleanliness.
Room was far too hot! We had to leave both windows open and turn off the radiator. Still woke up in the middle of the night perspiring with the heat.
Good breakfast clean and spacious room and good swimming pool..
Hotel seemed to be in middle of housing estate away from promenade in salthill
the general demeanour of hotel availability of facilities tho our visit was so short we were unable to enjoy them. v g value for money which in the present climate is v important and hopefully was not a once off offer as we would plan to visit again and incidentally this was not our first visit
location a little out of the way particularly as the bar area seemed to be more set up for dining than social drinkingand would probably benefit from more atmosphere enabling guests to possibly complete their evening in situ without the complications of driving. again our visit was v brief and this may be unfair
Loved the outdoor hot tub!!
Clean,friendly.Value for money.
Lovely big room, food in the bar was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The heat in the room was unreal, had to turn off the radiators before we passed out.
clean & comfortable room main reception and stairs / corridors very well kept
enquires about staying 1 more night - price was increased to €89 for Friday night, which was far too expensive for room I had stayed in
