Coffey's Rivers Edge  

Anne and Finbar were exceptional hosts following an adventureous and spectaclur drive from Kenmare around the Ring of Kerry. Upon arrival they were warm, friendly and supportive in helping us trouble shoot our damaged rental car and arrange for a replacement. This could have been a great hardship, yet they both went out of their way to ensure we had a relaxing and peaceful evening before heading to the Dingle Peninsula. The breakfast was also excellent comparable to those of our most expensive B&B's. The location on the river was also a bonus. Finbar and Anne's hospitality, warmth, and knowledge about the area was high point of our trip!

Very warm welcome from Anne. She recommended an excellent restaurant for supper. Breakfast was amazing value for money.

Loved the location of the clean tidy friendly little guest house overlooking the river and the old town bridge. Great staff, great breakfast, nice and cosy. Thanks a mill.

Location

Room was small.

Owners are simply genuine people. They do what they should in a pleasant and efficicient manner.

The couple who looked after us were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Our room was lovely and cosy wth a gorgeous fireplace and a bay window with a fabulous view. we would definately stay there again.

The proprietors are extremely helpful and personable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some are small and some rooms are quite large so you need to ask for the first floor larger rooms with the better view of the river. The place is right in town so you can walk to everything. The ring of Kerry starts right near there as well so location is very good. Place was very easy to find and parking was free and plentiful. Good breakfast.

Bathroom was very small and cramped. Not a major drawback.

Absolutely stunning location overlooking the river, extremely friendly hosts whom nothing was to much trouble for, beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for touring the Ring of Kerry or for a wonderful relaxing break. Plenty of bars and eateries in the high street to suit all tastes and budgets.

I found the location to be very central for traveling around Killorglin, Finbar and Ann were a very warm friendly couple who would make you feel welcome and at home, the accommodation was lovely had everything we required ..... I look forward to staying there again sometime!!!!!!!

The owners of Coffey's, Finn and Anne, we're so friendly and helpful. Also, it is located right on a river and the views are terrific. We had a balcony overlooking the river where we could sit -very charming. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. The room was large and comfortable.

When we first arrived, there was a musty odor in the room but it soon disappeared when we opened the window.

Ann and her husband are super sweet and very helpful. Nice breakfast and cosy rooms. A real winner!!!

Private secure parking , relaxing location on the waters edge , located close to all main routes ,ideal for motoring holiday . Anne and Finbarr were the perfect hosts supplying us with information on local restaurants and places of interest to visit . We would be happy to stay at Coffey's Rivers Edge again .

The View was absolutely beautiful from the Guesthouse and the town of Killorglin is fantastic. The Guesthouse is well situated and is a perfect base to visit the rest of Kerry. Also as the Guesthouse in on the edge of the town you don't get late night noise while still being able to go every where on foot. But the best thing about Coffey's Rivers Edge are the Coffey's themselves Anne and Finbarr are wonderful hosts and make you feel most welcome. We'll definitely be back and we'll definitely be recommending them to our friends

There's nothing not to like.

The Coffeys are fantastic hosts, the place runs very smoothly, rooms excellently fitted out we could not say a bad word about the place. Look forward to going back some day
