We liked location easy access from Dublin and walking distance to bars and shops. It was quiet at night. Very friendly caretaker and staff. Great breakfast whether you want full Irish or cereal and coffee.

I loved the homey atmosphere, the kindness of the staff, the nearness to the city amenities and tour busses , the comfort of the beds and room air was just right and the traditional irish breakfast was served to your individual preferences every time!! It was perfect in every way!!

Helen was absolutely wonderful. She was most helpful and her and her staff were beyond kind. The College Crest House has a true "home" feeling, and you will feel so welcome! The location is also wonderful- right next to the bus station and the city center- a 2 minute walk! Each morning you are asked what you would like for breakfast (a real irish breakfast) and they cook it for you; one of the best parts of being in Ireland!

The breakfast was great, both continental and Irish option, you could easily skip lunch after that. Room was big and comfortable, hot shower. Perfect location in a quiet area just a short stroll from town, easy to find as well.

Heating was only on for part of the day and it was cold. When they made the beds they opened both windows which meant we came back to a frozen room and no heating.

Very efficient staff, no hassle check in. Rooms were clean. Great location, only 5 minute stroll to Eyre Square

While we didn't have to settle our account on arrival, they do have a sign up saying you have to. I don't think that is right or fair when you haven't even seen your room.

A beautiful and clean house - the room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - apart from a full Irish breakfast freshly made from the kitchen, there was also ample choices of fruit, cereal, juice etc to add to that. The place was also close to the city. So you'd get a b&b experience without having to go far out from the city.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great. Was within walking distance of Galway town centre.

The main road was quite busy throughout the night so if you don't sleep so well, request a room at the back of the house.

Everything! Thanks Helen, my stay was short but it was a very pleasant one. Great location, it really is only a 5 minute walk from Eyre Square, the bus and train station. Breakfast was great. Room was pretty and comfortable. I will recommend it to anyone. Great value for money.

All of the adove ive ticked, I had a really enjoyable stay with my friends. It was close to galway centre for shopping. It was clean,cosy.and the staff were so friendly. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.
