Was short walk to the city centre. Apartment was modern, spacious and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. Staff were helpfull and friendly.

Nothing. We were on the thitd floor.

There were 32 steps no elevator Remotes for tv missing. Charge extra 16 euro to do washing in downstairs hallway Had to askfor iron and ironingboard.the ad on internet gave the impression that itwas in unit. It was clean but didnt feel clean.

The apartments had everything you need and were very spacious. It was great value for money.

We got room 5 which was a spacious, cozy and modern attic with great views. Apartment was really clean and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Wifi signal was very weak so Internet was practically unusable.

A small folding table would have made eating in easier. Busy road outside the front. A map and /or folder of local attractions would have been useful.

Wasnt too far from the city :) and nice and quiet area :) Staff were friendly.

One mirror in the room was a balls as 3 girls trying to get ready for a night out. Apart from that no complaints.

Nothing could be faulted except I found it difficult to manage the key at the start and didn't want to force the key.

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was very spacious. The road is quite busy, but our bedroom was at the rear, so was very quiet. It was very convenient to walk into the centre of Cork. The staff were friendly and noted some points i raised with them.The bed was very comfy and the whole apartment was cosy,

There were a few cosmetic things that needed attention i.e. lots of bulbs out, the toilet roll holder was missing & a towel rail would have been good, but they were only minor things. and the owner thanked me for pointing them out.

Its was very convenient to ucc where we were partaking in a two day training course for work. There was parking in the nearby Guest House. The staff in the Guest house were very friendly. The apartment itself was perfect size for one person or a couple. It had all the cooking facilities etc.

The bathroom was very small and though it had a fan in it, it was still very stuffy and as it was a studio apartment the smell of stale water kinda thing wasnt too pleasant but once you closed the door it was fine.

Very good value for money. Basic but clean and good facilities. Only about 10 minutes walk to city centre. Ideal for a city break.

Close to city for shopping, pubbing & clubbing. Clean & cosy apartments. Privacy & freedom of self-catering. Staff very welcoming, friendly & warm.

What's not to like. It was exactly what we needed in every way.

I love every aspect of this apartment. Great friendly environment and quiet place to enjoy The staff (Margaret) was extremely friendly and welcoming. Will always stay in this apartment whenever am in Cork. This is not my first time in the apartment. KInda getting addicted to the place lol

Again 11.00am check-out is a little early. 12.00 as standard practice would be preferrable.

It was a nice 1 bedroom apartment. Light livingroom with open kitchen. Quiet location, but still in walking distance of the town.

Iternet did not work first night, until I got another login code. Both TVs did not work for three nights, only last night they worked. When I asked for alarm clock, response was if I could not use my alarm clock. Very unfriendly. Bathroom very small, mini sink and no room to put my toilettries except on the floor or on the WC. Kitchen contained very little glasses and plates. Three mismatched wine glasses. It was a struggle to get breakfast at 7 am, which is a standard time. Usually they were not ready till 7.15 am.

Incredibly friendly staff, in particular the owner. Extremely well equipped and tastefully finished apartments. Excellent location directly opposite UCC campus and a short walking distance to the city centre. Very comfortable accommodation in general with excellent amenities.

Check-out time of 11.00 is a little early. Would have preferred to be allowed to check out at 12.00 as per standard practice in other accommodation.

The only thing was a midnight someone in other apt start moved the furniture, A lot noise for a few hours!

Reasonably priced spacious modern accommodation, just a short walk to the city centre with secure parking.

Loved it, But, we chose this apartment style set up instead of a hotel for our weekend break, for the freedom of space, which we did enjoy - one thing that zapped it a bit for us was that our check out time of 12 noon on monday was 'strictly' upheld.
