Clean. Room furnishings in good condition. Reception, breakfast room and restaurant were nice. Breakfast food was good. Bacon was very good quality. Bar friendly, relaxing and food good. It did not look the best from the outside. I was a little hesitant when I arrived. I was reassured when entering reception area with the shiny floors. The bar area and restaurant again did not look the best from outside but again were nice once inside. The service and the food were good. I had to pay with gbp when using my card rather than Euro in the restaurant. I think this was finger trouble, no big deal. The tv in the room was old but it worked so no real problem but it let the overall appearance of the room down as it had obviously been refurbished more recently than the TV’s have been changed.

We stayed for one night as a little break away from kiddies etc and it was ideal. Great price for room. Room was basic but comfortable and clean. Staff seemed v friendly. Looked like a nice steak house nextdoor but we didn't go there as there was a christening party and so, busy. We drove into city which was only 10-15min drive.

How modern the rooms were. We were in a gang of 10 lads up for Masters of Dirt and had been drinking the night before so we decided instead of havin to get up early to get breakfast we'd sleep on as we were driving home and get food from the brunch menu, which stated in our room leaflet was served from 11.00- 14.00. But when we went down @ 11.30 we were told breakfast was finished. I asked about brunch menu and was told, we dont have a brunch menu. Thats next door and they dont open till 12.30, which was too late because we had to get back on the road. So thats really the only thing I didnt like plus the windows dont open in rooms and even smoking room window barely opened an inch.

Not quit a full service Hotel - but certainly not Budget quality. A very pleasant, well designed, spotlessly clean business hotel with helpful staff.

The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable The first woman on reception was not friendly or informative. The connecting restaurant was a let down, we had to ask three times for a jug of water. When our steak arrived it arrived alone, the chips arrived when our steak was eaten.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.good location and value for what we wanted. Clean and tidy with great access from good parking straight to our floor . Pillows were quite hard and a couple of times we didn't have enough tea bags , sugar and milk.

For the price we paid I was very pleased.Location was right side of city for us.Decent sized room with all usual facilities, breakfast was fine, room nice and quiet no disturbances.overall happy with experience. Found the hotel a bit hard to find, signage could be better, its a bit far out from city but that wasn't a problem for us .

The room and facilities were very nice and comfortable, was easy to find and the steak house restaurant was very very good. Very nice room. Only thing that was disappointing about the room was the sound of water, like I left the tap on, all night and the smoke alarm flashing light. The service was brilliant but woken up at 8 in the morning by the cleaner hoovering the hallway and her hitting the door. There was two guests in the room and were only given one towel.

Country side. I have stayed a lot at this hotel in the past but the public transport is not good and a bus is every hour. I like to leave my car at the hotel and travel by public transport. This is why I have changed to the Maldron hotel at tallaght where you have lots of transport includind the light rail which runs every few minutes and only 5 minutes from the hotel. The maldron in tallaght was booked out last week when I could only get City West but the price is good. I would prefer Tallaght for the extra few Euros. Do keep up your good deals as I stay in Dublin every weekend. Public transport is limited
