Bad food, no ventilation in the room unhelpful saff!
Good location, close to venue in City West Conference Center

Comfortable beds, hot powerful shower, friendly staff
The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable.
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant.
I thought the area behind the reception desk was very grotty and it gives a bad impression of the hotel. Also the room was too hot. I felt the breakfast was not good value for money.
I felt at ease in the hotel. When I required something or needed to ask for/about something there was always a person at reception.
There appeared to be units or parts of machines left lying in the underground car park. (on the slope heading down)
Clean, convenient, bedrooms comfortable (apart from the lights), staff friendly and helpful, underground car-park great when there is heavy rain.
As with numerous hotels worldwide, the lights in the bedroom are inadequate. It is impossible to work by them and so while the hotel is admirable for travellers it is less than perfect for people wishing to prepare any work in their rooms. Also, the bath was deep and narrow and a little hard to get out of as there is only a grab rail on one side.
Comfortable room as always. Thanks to Margaret for the loan of a fan - much appreciated.
I've no issue with a ground floor room but there were people walking up and down outside which was a concern. The wifi code wouldn't work so I had to get another from reception. Thereafter it was ok.
Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good typical Irish breakfest. 15 minutes by car to the center of Dublin. Good price. 15 minut autem do centrum. Cicho w pokojach choć blisko drogi. Dobre śniadania. Można się najeść. Bar czynny do późna. Naprawdę polecam. Jak na Dublin przyzwoita cena. Bardzo miła, profesjonalna obsługa.
Nothing Naprawdę nic negatywnego nie zwróciło mojej uwagi.
Huge thanks to Margaret for supplying a fan for my room. It made a difference - thank you!
Housekeeping banging doors while checking rooms - not a great way to wake up!
Every body was very nice and welcoming.
House keeping knocked on our door at 10am on morning we were leaving and asked us when would we be going.
room size location evening meal
Nice rooms and easily accessible off the N7
The noise of the traffic on the N7 which was going all through the night. My room faced the road and the soundproofing was nowhere near adequate. I didn't really get much sleep. Also I couldn't find any room temperature controls in the room, it was quite warm so I would have like to cool it down.
Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Modern hotel and easy access to motorway for return journey south. Quiet hotel.
Traffic on journey to the city. Bar area very small and not enough drink on sale. No draught beer available although advertised. Bottle beer in stock too long and hot.
Beds very comfy
My booking was lost , even though I received a phone call from the hotel asking what time I was checking in , We then had to wait a further forthy five mins until the could locate a room for us.
The beds aren't that comfy at all didn't sleep the whole night I was there
very good value for the money, nice professional staff
the hotel is quite far from the city centre and the bus goes only once per hour
good value for money, close to the tram, friendly staff, breakfast
just 1 window open in the bedroom, and the other stay closed, not much air coming in, the carpet in the hall really need to be changed
on arrival we not told about token for exit from car park. also exit time insufficient before gate is lowered.
The room was clean and tidy.
Location was really bad. If using a sat nav type in Kingswood cross!!! we wasted 1 1/2 hours trying to find it. The hotel tried to charge me an extra £50ish Euros when paying. Staff member said it should be okay after i showed him my confirmation (showing price quoted on website) and it would be sorted out in the morning. I said i wasn't happy going to bed knowing that i could be charged more. Especially after he said he wasn't even working the next day. This was sorted and i paid the price i was quoted. The hotel had a power cut for 90mins - no water or electric. Delayed our start to the day. When we asked reception staff if we could possibly have 2 bottles of water they said it would cost 3 euros. [nice goodwill gesture] The hotel is near a busy motorway. very noisy
Rooms were comfortable
Room backing onto motorway
