部屋はとても綺麗で、スタッフもとても親切に対応してくれました。空港への行き方を聞いたときにバスの時刻- 表を印刷してくれたり、タクシーを手配してくれたりと迅速で丁寧な対応が嬉しかったです。併設のレストラン- も良かったです。バスルームにはバスタブもついています。 市街からかなり遠かったのが難点でした。1時間に一本のバスで、35分ほどバスに揺られてやっとダブリン市- 街に着きます。これ以外だと車やタクシーで行くしかないようです。 |

It looked fairly brand new and clean, we had a wonderfull stay. The bathtub was slightly suffocating, with the curtain pulled it felt really cramped. |

I thought the receptionist was very professional ans pleasnat. The rooms are very well appointed. I did not eat there so cannot comment on that. The bedroom was uncomfortably warm. The ability to only open a small window was a disadvantage. |

Nice modern furnishing, comfortable and clean rooms and beds, helpful and friendly staff, lively bar/grill next door. Was great for us mental English blokes. Quite far from cite centre but you can't blame them for that. Was close to the darts. |

The staff were helpful, rooms were comfortable and very clean, breakfast was very good, recommended place to stay. A bit of a trek to get into the city centre - a taxi (which varied in price each time we did the same trip - average around 12euros) to the tram station, then a tram into the city centre (costing around 3euros). Not the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of if you don't have a car as it increased the amount we spent over 4 days by quite a considerable amount. We managed to get a taxi back from the city centre after a night out for 20euros but this was arranged first with the driver who dropped us off at the tram stop earlier. |

The service which we recieved from your receptionist was fantastic. She was always very helpful and polite. Because it is so far out from the city I think that their should be more available in terms of food. The menu for the restaurant was pretty simple. We'd have liked more choice- we even ordered food in because of this! But we were grateful that we were able to do this as I understand some hotels do not allow it. However, more on offer would be good as would a shop or room service. Also, as there is no shop it would have been good if the hotel offered some things that customers may have forgotten (or not been allowed on planes such as razors) along with the complimentry shower gel etc included in the room. |

After having a two week break in the South East or Ireland we decided to have a weekend in Dublin before returning to UK. The Maldron Citywest was very comfortable, room was very large and breakfast was very satisfying, the staff were all very pleasant and most helpful. The Hotel is quite a way from the City but this was of no consequence to us as we wanted to visit places other than Central Dublin,and as it is situated near all main junctions this made it very easy to get around. thans to all at Hotel will certainly go again and it was really good value. |
