The Hotel was very handy to the main areas of the city we needed to visit. It was wihin walking distance to most places, especially Croke Park. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Secure parking nearby. Perhaps beakfast could have been included in the price but I realise the price we paid was typical of Dublin city prices. The breakfast prices were quite reasonable anyway. |

Our room was comfortable, warm and quiet. The staff, despite being busy, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was ideally situated, just a 2min walk away from O'Connell street as well as the 'hop on hop off' bus service. |

Good location and overall clean and tidy. Good to have a smoking room. Room and bathroom a bit on the small side. The bathroom needed new fittings and fixtures |

size of room, cleanliness, quite. Tea and coffee fine would have been nice to have had small pkt of biscuits. Liked the idea o use od PC's if required. Staff very friendly. breakfast was very good but first morning beans were all congealed and fried egg over cooked so this put my husband off trying full breakfast for next two days. He usually enjoys his full breakfast my was lovely the two days I had them. |

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite. The food was excellent. Hotel room was very clean and well equipped. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Dublin just off O'Connell street which is the main street in Dublin. I would definitely stay there again. There is a night club in the basement which is noisy on the weekends especially Sunday. Our room was on the 1st floor over looking the entrance to the nightclub and the smoking area, when the club closed everyone was standing outside the entrance for an hour singing and being very noisy. I would gladly stay there again but would request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. |

I have some problems with the internet booking, the hotel didn't have confirmation of the reservation when we arrived, and we didn't print this paper. |

Large room/comfy beds. Great central location. We were above an EXTREMELY noisy nightclub and bar. We were not given any warning about it. It was only on the Saturday night but I am sure it would have been loud on a Friday too, if we had stayed on the friday. |

Location, services, size of room and the restaurant and bar, with great quality meals at reasonable prices. The continental breakfast was sparse, the choice of spreads quite poor. Our room was adjacent to a central heater or the like and was quite noisy during the night despite being well away from the noise of the bar, restaurant and other guests. |

The Castle Hotel is an elegant Georgian building in Dublin city centre, 2 minutes from O'Connell Street and within walking distance of Temple Bar, Croke Park and the main shopping district. |
