Staff very friendly
Time of check in (3pm).as we were after travelling on a long haul flight we had to wait over an hour to go to our room, location of hotel was nearly impossible to find badly signposted as it's in with a food court.
I liked the fact there was a food hall next door.
The bar area, foyer, bedroom was chilly to say the least. Heating needed to be on.
Clean Hotel Very Friendly Helpful Staff Nice Pool.
Bar,restueraunt Too close Together Bar area too small. Bar Closes way too early for residents.
Location not good
Excellent value for money
Convenient location and excellent value
Some noise through adjoining door to other room
Everything,particularly the staff
Location to motorway Food hall next door had great breakfast options (not linked to hotel) Room decor and bed were lovely
TV in first room didn't work Floor in second room had what looked like candle wax all over floor. The bath towel was stained with what I hope was rust! TV was too old to connect laptop (no USB connection)... . not the end of the world but inconvenient! No room service menu in room, was hoping for small breakfast.....but got sorted next door as mentioned above!
staff were very helpful and friendly
The food was over cooked and a bit pricey
Indifference of the staff
Convenience and value for money
I found the staff very helpful and the facilities were very good
I couldnt complain about anything i felt very well looked after
Excellent staff very prompt very mannerly would highly recommend
Friendly staff and nice breakfast
The room next door left their tv for the night. I could hear every single word of what was being said on tv. Eventually I rang reception after 4 in the morning about the noise. The phone in my room also did not work so I had to ring off my mobile. To be fair staff sorted the issue once I brought it to their attention. Not a very relaxing night all the same!
nice gym/pool facilitees. friendly staff
Being left standing like an eejit while waiting for someone to "greet and seat" me in the restaurant.€0.95 for a dash of diluted cordial. Food that gave me the trots. No resident's bar.
Great choice for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the very helpful and friendly staff
The staff on reception were excellent anc couldn't have done enough but the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very poor and expensive
The food and service in the restaurant was as poor as Ive ever experienced. I was left waiting for breakfast, the lunch I had said no potatoes but it was full of them, cold and expensive.
The staff were very polite.
The small foldable bed!! We booked a family room and as the room we were first assigned wasnt ready we were given a different room. Our kids are big and did not appreciate the small uncomfortable bed. They argued as to who would sleep in it. We thought we would get 2 proper single beds aswell as the double instead of the double, one single and that camp bed. My son didnt sleep very well in it and his back ached the following morning.
Very clean and all staff were friendly very good location
There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor, it was never cleaned from the previous people who stayed there. The pillows were awful and flat and no water bottles left in room
Too close to road.
The room was comfortable and I liked the wellness facilities.
The hotel is outside Port Laoise but it is not an issue if one has a car.
