We arrived late, at 12:30, with a year-old baby. The reception guy gave us directions to the room but forgot to give the key, we had to remind him about it. The room we got was a smoking one. I always choose non-smoking option, also having a small baby with us I would have thought should have given a hint that a non-smoking option was preferrable. Breakfast had no healthy options. |

We asked if we should book a table for dinner at 8pm on our last night and were told it was'nt necessary but at 7.45 we got a phone call to say they could'nt accommodate us unless we ordered over the phone but with no menu this was impossible and it ruined what would have been an enjoyable stay. |

If there was one criticism, it would be in relation to the layout of the bar and dining facility. I feel this should be divided into two seperate areas |

We went down for breakfast at 9.50 on Friday morning. I asked a member of staff did we just help ourselves or what was the protocol; she answered very sourly "you have five minutes to get your breakfast as it closes". She was about mid 20s thin with long hair, part of it was in a ponytail, very rude and unpleasant. In fairness the other staff and cook that was on were very good. |

Good clean room and good location, ease of parking On arrival they put us in a smoker's room when on my booking it said non-smoking and took quite a while at reception to convince them to change our room |

The room was spacious and well organised, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was good value for money The mobile phone reception is poor, but I believe that the hotel are working at improving it |
