I thought It was poor value for money. @ €179.99 for a night for 2 no breakfast included. It was a rip off. Will not be staying again unless every hotel in dublin is full up first. |

The staff were very friendly, and even offered to open the bar for us when it was officially closed! The rooms were extremely clean and there were a lot of extras I didn't expect such as dove soap and lux shower gel. Very good value for money, will definitely go back. Great city break! |

The hotel is ideally located, not far from city centre in a quite area. It is a real bargain in a city that is expensive! |

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very accomodating. We came in from America very early in the morning and they were nice to give us a room immediately. |

The staff The food is absolutely terrible. They seem to have changed the menu/chef recently and the food has deteriorated drastically. |

The location is good. It is walking distance to city centre but in a quiet place. The room maintenance was poor. |

Good location for the tram and not too far from the city centre, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean. Lack of atmosphere, the TV only had one channel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms very spacious. We had 2 junior suites at the top of the hotel, the view from one of the balconies was excellent, looking out over the city, but the view from the other was facing into the courtyard below and wasn't so good. |

All staff were very polite and most helpful. Room was very clean and spacious with great view of the city. I was aware that check in time was 2pm, but we arrived early and wanted to leave our bags at the hotel, on arrival after a long journey I said 'we are booked in tonight and..' to be interrupted by 'you are too early'! Not overly welcoming but maybe just the reception staff sense of humour which maybe wasn't picked up by weary travellers! |
