Good standard, new and clean rooms, near to the tram stop. Adapters for 220 V could be purchased for whole 7 euro from a vending machine in the lobby, and in the shop neighbouring the hotel the price was 2 euro. One should be able to borrow them actually. |

The hotel was quite modern and we had a lovely room. We were given dirty bath towels on our first night which was not acceptable |

The fact that it represented reasonably good value for money Location was further from city centre than anticipated and the location looks a little rough. |

I liked the central location, 2 minute walk to tram stop, also the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room decor needs updating and beware the restaurant/bar service is patchy. |

One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was the proximity to the LUAS, which was important for this trip. I found the hotel to be clean, friendly & quiet, which again were things I was looking for. |

I felt a very real sense of sincere welcome to the Hotel where I found the Staff superbly cheerful, most helpful and friendly. The standard of accommodation was wonderfully high and splendidly comfortable. Well done on such a tremendous boost for Irish Tourism. |

Relaxed location within easy reach for the two stops by tram to city centre. Did not have breakfast, but evening meal food very poor. |

I received an upgrade at no extra cost the large room was spotless clean Was a little nervous returning at night slightly off main thoroughfare but I love walking and a taxi could relieve this if really necessary. |

Booked this hotel, 20 mins before we arrived over the internet and upon arrival there were no problems at all. Hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable and a short walk to Temple Bar, etc. Would stay again if we came back to Dublin. Being in the heart of Dublin, there were a few noisy people obviously returning from a big night, but no issues worthy of bagging the hotel. |

Up to this week, we havestayed with you on many occasions and your hotel suits us very well on all counts. We trust tuesday nightwas a one-off blip! We were in 521 and were kept awake for much of the night by very loud intermittent noises from the heating system. We hope that won't happen if we book with you again. |

I thought the staff were very welcoming and helpful, they helped us with directions, taxi, food etc. I loved the Jameson Suite that we stayed in, it had a fantastic view from the balcony and the other 2 slightly smaller rooms were both excellent too. |

We were given a smoking room, though were not asked for our preference, and were told no non-smoking rooms were available. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together. The shower head was held on with gaffer tape. The loo roll holder was not fixed to the wall properly. The thermostat did not work and was not fixed properly to the wall. The window would not close properly so the room was very cold. We complained and were given an alternative non-smoking room which was OK. The bar staff were inexperienced. |
