Location was perfect, easy to walk to everything and not far from the tram. Parking under the hotel - 10 euros for 24 hours. Internet was very good and free. Staff member on reception was useless. |

Security, Clenliness, modern styling and decor, hard but comfortable bed. Room temperature was excessive with no air conditioning. Very hot even with open window and supplied basic fan. Stained carpet in room, Shower head didn't work well. Revolving door was tricky to bringing large luggage through. |

Very good standard modern hotel with large room, balcony with excellent views accross the city. Location was not too far away from the city, with immediate access to the Luas tram connecting to city or 10,15 min walk. Service excellent, spaceous clean modern bathroom with lots of fresh clean towels. Handy supermarket/deli next door. All in all great hotel. The Smithfield area appears to have had an injection of cash, urban renewal of some sort. The main cobbled square seemed to attract a number of vagrants that congregated there to consume alcohol. Whilst this did not adversely affect our stay, some visitors might be offended by their presence. |

Very convenient for Luas tram. Decent basic mass-market hotel. Clean. Everything worked. Free internet access (though I didn't use it). Kettle, tea, coffee etc in room. They tried to charge my credit card in Pounds. It was easily changed to Euro when I asked, but they should ask instead of choosing the card's home currency automatically. Lack of nearby restaurants (one hard-to-find Italian to the north, or tables in the Food Market shop next door). Room was a little worn - marks on the carpet, a broken fitting in the bathroom. |
