Breakfast was varied and good. Waiting staff were very pleasant and helpful.
No electricity in the room during the first night or next morning. The lift was supposed to be working the day we arrived but was out of action the whole weekend. We were on the fourth floor. The shower screen fell off when you slid it along to open and close. The shower unit was greasy and the screen was layered with a scum substance. No offer of discount was given.
Location Comfortable room Friendly staff Parking
Faulty facilities in bathroom Stain on bedding
Close to the bus station & Railway station. Not to far to lug bag. Friendly staff. Good Breakfast and plenty of it Tea / Coffee facilities in the room
The room décor is getting a little run down and could do with a spruce up. Water not always hot when you need it i.e. T time TV station coverage and picture was basic
Good location- helpful staff
Entrance and reception area poor giving bad first impression.
Great location for city centre great shower great breakfast plenty of choice but no white pudding! Will defo stay here again!
Rooms small but adequate for a short stay
beside the shops only
everything else, and very disappointed with ye for not telling us that the lift was out of order, receptionist told us that u should have told us, closed up, poor ventilation, dust, sneezing, asthma attack, would never go there again or reccomend it to anyone. Rot.....never again geraldine
Good location. Many shops and restaurants nearby, and close to the train and bus stops.
Rooms next to the street can be noisy at night. (Revelers in the street at late hours). The lift is still not working.
Perfect location for a weekend or a few nights, very small beds (the twin ones) but very clean. Expensive enough, but a lot cheapper comparing with others hotels in the area, and it does the job.
The small beds.
i loved the location very central and quiet
room was basic, but did the trick for 2 nights
Unfortunately other guests were noisy at night and the walls/door insulation couldn't make up for it.
From the moment we arrived the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and great value for money. When we checked out I left an electronic item in the room. The general manager, Patrick, made exceptional attempts to contact me and arranged delivery to my home address. Thank you. You are fantastic.
Very central location! Secure parking was a bonus as we were driving. Staff were very helpful
Pillows were lumpy and rooms were very small. Walls were a little thin too - could here the people next door
Reasonably priced, good location
Was just a couple minute walk from train and bus station, ideal for shopping, or going to concerts, or croke park, central to everything.
parking available -staff very helpful
Location -fine during day not so happy at night.
Location Staff friendly
The bed was not very comfortable Hot water took a long time to come through. The shower wasn't great as the shower head was tiny. Small room
the staff were all well mannered and helpful..and it hotel was very central
The bed was comfy, Breakfast was good, great location and staff were very friendly.
Hot water takes a long time to come through. The shower wasn't great not very powerful. There was a serious draft from the window and the room was tiny.
The location, everything was in walking distance. Rooms were good, very comfy bed and a great breakfast too.
City centre location, city parking, really pleasent staff
Nothing we paid for what we got.
Staff where friendly and helpful and breakfast was good
Place smelt and was run down and very noisy ... And the shower was dirty
A female employee from the reception was very impolite and not cooperative. The room from the street's side was very noisy at night. The sink in our room was blocked so we had to change the room.
- city center - street with pubs and shops - free parking - wifi was good
- old equipment - small room - no soundproof, we can hear everything from hall (huge gap under door)
Breakfast was good, rest was minimal but thats what you pay for
Street noise, late at night and early morning, plus some sort of permanent hum from what sound alike a generator or similar.
