Everything was of a high standard, just what you'd expect from a 5* hotel, keep up the good work as I would definitely think of staying there again if the price was right. |

The friendly staff, the excellent comfort, the central location and the general friendly atmosphere of the hotel in general The bar in the lobby was cold as there was a breeze from the revolving doors. The atmosphere in the bar was not cosy, a bit too open planned |

The hotel was close to the city centre which was highly convenient in this respect. The fitness centre consisted of a room with some exercise machines. Prior to checking in, I viewed the hotels leisure web-site which detailed information on golfing activities; nothing was presented on the Gymnasium link, so I assumed it was a broken link. I feel this is a complete oversight and misrepresentation, as we expected a fitness centre in-line with the hotels star rating. Additionally, the hotel was very cold, albeit the weather was unusually severe, and efforts to heat-up the room with a mobile heater proved futile as it filled the air with a pungent odour. |

Lovely hotel, beautiful common areas, luxury Disappointed with room, small and cold - did not seem in keeping with main areas of hotel. We had booked a special offer but expected the room to be at same standard as rest of hotel. We were disappointed. |

The room was above average in size and beautifully furnished. The added touch of a surround CD player was a nice extra. No matter what we asked for in the hotel, nothing was a problem. When we arrived back late from a night out, they were only too willing to serve us a round of sandwiches and a bowl of fries. Reception on arrival is impressive from the valet parking to the genuinely warm welcome. I will stay no where else other than the Conrad for all future trips to Dublin. A truly impressive hotel and worthy of 5 stars. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in our room on arrival. We are both non-smokers and had asked for a non-smoking room, so we are unsure as to why the odour was there. It did not take away from the expereince. We left the windows opened and headed for the lobby bar! |

The location of the hotel was very central. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to greet you. The room facilities were disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The t.v was old, there were no tea/coffee making facilities and I found the bed very soft an woke up sore on both mornings. |

The convenient location of the hotel to the centre of dublin means that there is an awful lot within walking distance. You could also leave your car in the carpark for as long as you wanted on the day of your departure if you wanted to go shopping for the day and come back for it in the evening. They were also very relaxed about the check out time which is great after a late night. While everything about the rooms lobby etc. was very nice there was nothing that special that would make it stand out as a 5 star hotel. A lot of newer lesser well known hotels in Dublin while not having the location would have as high a finish. |
