Excellent bed and pillows! Room overlooked NCH and parking was included
The great location near St Stephens Green park and Grafton St. Lovely relaxed bar area with pianist playing music each evening and lively popular bar open to public serving food and drinks till late. Comfortable super king bed in spacious well equipped room. Complimentary bottled water. Would definitely stay here again
Tea sachet selection in room consisted of mainly green tea or earl grey only one breafast tea to share and wasn't relaced and coffee machine not working in room 513
Pay extra for parking- pub downstairs is mediocre
room bar piano
alarm clock woke me up
Staff were friendly and helpful
The price of food and drink was ridiculously overpriced , would never stay there due to this fact, also lobby area very noisy coming from Alfie Byrnes which was very distracting along with the Poona player, also was vey cold in the restaurant , asked for it to be turned off and was told it could not be, portion of chips 5euro for 6 chips absolutely ridiculous, talk about rip off Ireland.
Noise from Davy Byrnes pub
loved every minute of it and just a short walk into the city centre its location is ideal.
Location, room was decent size, comfortable bed, breakfast was ok, good wifi
felt quite 'dated' overall, not what I was expecting of a Conrad, pianist playing on Friday night felt like I was stepping back in time, food in bar finishing at 9pm on a Friday not ideal too/
Staff and breakfast.
Price , it's needs updating to be classed as 5 star. The room was not 5 star. For such a big city centre hotel , their was no buzz/atmosphere in the hotel.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice. In room Nespresso was a lovely touch and the pillows are Amazing!!!
It didn't cause us any bother but the walls are quite thin, you could hear next doors wardrobes being opened and closed and items being plugged in and out- might be an issue if you've louder neighbours.
Fabulous hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Beautiful room. Great location near St. Stephen's Green.
Nothing I didn't like.
As above. the nice little touches and the paper each morning
Having to leave on the Sunday morning!!!!!
first impression porter outside front door & reception staff very helpful. in fact all staff very attentive.
I could not find any fault
Location. bedroom comfort. free wifi. TV channels. Nespresso Coffee machine. Alfie Byrnes craft beers
no separate shower
Great location just off Stephens Green. Taxi rank just outside the door. Staff were very friendly, upgraded us to include breakfast on check in. Breakfast is well worth it. Buffet style, all excellent quality food. Room was large as was the bed. All very clean. Would stay again no problem
Craft beer bar downstairs. Great idea to have differene beers to the norm but very expensive
The location was ideal for walking through Stephens green the welcome and short conversation with the male receptionist at reservations was perhaps the best at his job as we have seen at any hotel we have visited worldwide.
Rooms where a bit out dated and basic in comparison to other hotels with similar rates and as for the price of the breakfast at €48 this was much too expensive to be fair
Breakfast was class, didn't charge us for parking which was a nice touch
Room wasn't as nice as the other rooms I had stayed in before in the Conrad. But it was still extremely clean
Everything. Top class hotel with a relaxed informal atmosphere. Would definitely book again if we go back to Dublin.
Excellent location, close to Grafton street and St. Stephen's Green shopping area and restaurants and bars. Very friendly and efficient staff in restaurant and bar in evening. Liked the quick check out.
Long wait to order an omelette from the breakfast menu
Lounge and dining area. Bedroom nice and spacious and clean. Bar staff very friendly and dining staff the same.
Very small portions of food.
Tried to book again for sept 27 and it had gone up two hundered euro
Sour milk with tea No double glasing A/C poor A lack of irish hospitality in staff
Very spacious room with a really comfortable bed, particularly the pillows. Availability of food and staff were excellwnt
The fact that there wasn't a swimming pool
