The convenient location of the hotel to the centre of dublin means that there is an awful lot within walking distance. You could also leave your car in the carpark for as long as you wanted on the day of your departure if you wanted to go shopping for the day and come back for it in the evening. They were also very relaxed about the check out time which is great after a late night. While everything about the rooms lobby etc. was very nice there was nothing that special that would make it stand out as a 5 star hotel. A lot of newer lesser well known hotels in Dublin while not having the location would have as high a finish. |

The room was very comfortable I booked this hotel as your website said there is an outdoor POOL!!.there are no facilities..the hotel sells itself as a businness HOTEL...there was a conference in the bar as I arrived...not nice.I Wouldnt grade it a 5 star, |

It's very much a business hotel, nothing special but more or less have everything you need. Location is fairly good. Staff is efficient. Our reservation got mixed up and we weren't given the room type we booked for which was very disappointing. No direct car access from the green so taxi has to go round the blocks to go into the hotel. |

Promixity to main shopping areas excellent staff in all areas Only a minor point not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room although I am aware it is a 5 star hotel it is nice to be able to have coffee when you feel like it !! |

Great location...we walked everywhere. Restaurant was expensive and not great, plus breakfast was not included. Comfortable, clean rooms. The restaurant was expensive. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. |

parking was handy. i needed babysitter and saw you had facility. much more expensive than other nicer rooms in other hotels. i did not get breakfast included. overrated. i cancelled babysitting request by email and got confirmation emal butthen got phonecall to ask me what time i needed babysitter,, i had cancelled. |

Staff and location House keeping was poor. Mini bar was not restocked. I had a shower before going out for the evening, the towles were not changed. Never experienced that in any other hotel . |
